Beautifully done-up apartment. Liked the in-law Suite. Usually, these kinda designer apartments are not available on rental. The tenant would be lucky to enjoy this classy decor. The high point is the terrace - ideal for pet parents and/or plant parents.

Overall 1900 sqft carpet ...with no gas pipeline ...great view and interior but still not worth 5 lac pm rent...the owner should re-evaluate things. If he gets the deal in 5 then he must be very lucky person. All the best

You are paying for the location and view as well. If you shift the same house to other part of mumbai. It will be less. Same house in Malabar hill will be more rent.

Hi, unfurnished apartments in the same building are closing around 3.25-3.5 lacs. This is a rare find in the rental segment with the best of interiors. Rest, beauty lies in the eye of the beholder.

Even expats cannot afford this , keep rent between 2.5 - 3.5 lacs , you can get multi year lease offerings.

The carpet area is only 1250 sq ft. The outdoor balcony of 650 sq ft makes it a 1900 sq ft property 😐 The owner is deluded if they think anyone is gonna fork over 5L per month for this cramped ass property 😂

In my opinion the flat has too much of panelling which kinda makes the house look as if closing up on you.. like a labyrinth maze closing in on you trying to swallow you up.. The diner setup is just like apna udupi restaurant of the US 😊.. The colour combination is heavy and doesn't make the already cluttered living room light and spacious.. Kitchen is like kala Pani of the house.. nothing beautiful it's just made for a domestic help.. I'm just disappointed with the owner's choice and the lack of any creativity of the interior decorator.. bathroom doors are so awkward.. ughhh I feel like swiping the entire house clutter along with the too heavy and space occupying furniture.. I really loved the sit-out.. but everywhere the colour used is like mail-khao so dust is not easily seen.. The approach of the flat is too narrow with too many flats on each floor, no natural light.. Not good at all.. Nothing against you Ravi so peace.. but I just got very bothered with the design and the flat on the whole..

Dude there's a lot and when I say lot it means it's a 'Loooooooooooooot' of difference between delhi and Mumbai! Delhi has money minus class but Mumbai is still in Bombay phase. It's way more classier than delhi. Crime rates are the prime example!! So chill! We believe in chilling!!

@@jesuismilliardaire43My point was correct that people in Mumbai are still living as if they are in the 90s. Regarding money, it is now shifting from there to Gujarat. As for equality, in Mumbai, people still travel like sheep and goats in local trains, while we in Delhi have the most extensive metro network. You don't have the status to compare yourself with us. You still live in shanties there. Try stepping out of Mumbai and see the world; only staying in one place like a dog won't get you anywhere.🤣🤣🤣
