Hi! Great question. I would use matplotlib on top of the seaborn plot; specifically the function plt.text(). You'll just need to pass in the position and string to use for each point. My video about text may help you (ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-NBYzSaTbodM.html), and I actually have a video coming up about a library called "adjustText" that will allow you to automatically adjust the position of your text labels so that they don't overlap. 😄
Thank you for the videos. They are very helpful. Can you please show how to make Contour Plots. I am an engineer and we make Speed Contour plots of a highway from simulation models. It would be nice to automate the process. Thank you!
Great suggestion! I've been working with matplotlib pyplot to do some contour plots lately - that's plt.contour() and also plt.contourf() for a filled in contour plot. You can also make contour levels using seaborn's KDEplot like I demoed here (ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-DCgPRaIDYXA.html). Will definitely consider making a dedicated video about contours in the future 😄
