The Seafood Tracking and Traceability project is a collaboration between Food Agility CRC, Sydney Fish Market, and the University of Technology Sydney (UTS). To help the Sydney Fishmarket transition to an online trading system, the UTS research team developed the Blockchain enabled Fish provenance and Quality Tracking (BeFAQT) system.
