Hello po, for today’s episode naisipan kong magluto ng isang napaka sarap na merienda na pwedeng lutuin kahit hindi maglagay ng karne..Dahil nasa Lenten season parin tayo magluluto ako ng Seafoods Pancit Malabon na sobrang panalo kahit walang sahog na Karne..Tara guys panoorin nyo kung ano ang ginamit nating pamalit sa Meat at Chicharon..Umpisahan napo natin..Maraming salamat po at Godbless sa ating lahat..😊🙏
Ingredients:👇
1 Lb. Pancit Malabon Noodles
1/2 Lb. Carving Squid
7 Pcs. Large Mussels
15 Pcs. Large Shrimp
6 Tbsp. Cooking oil
4 Cloves Minced Garlic
1/2 Medium Diced Onion
3 Tbsp. Fish sauce
1/2 Tsp. Black Ground Pepper
1 Pack Anato Powder
5 Tbsp. Cornstarch Dissolved in
1/2 cup Water
3 Cups Water for the sauce
1 Shrimp Cube
1 Cup Shrimp Stock
1/2 Tsp. Salt (optional)
Toppings:
1/4 Cup Fried Garlic
3 Stalks Green Onions
1/2 Chopped Napa Cabbage
5 Pcs .Boiled Eggs
1 Pack Fish Kropeck
1/4 Cup Tinapa Flakes
4 Tbsp. Calamansi Juice
1 Tub Tofu

I did not blanch the Napa cabbage po but wash it couple times to make sure it’s clean before I put it in the noodles..kase po it’s better if it’s fresh and crunchy..Thank you so much po..🥰😍
