I was in an experience exchange, and we have done the same experiment, but in two minutes, and with the purpose of finding common hobbies. In two minutes, I felt so understood by one certain someone, as if our minds worked as one. As the photographer of the project took a picture of us, I saved it. And all my friends told me that they've never seen me as happy as I was then. In 10 days, not only that I felt how it was to love someone, but I also discovered what it meant to be understood, and I learned to express myself, appreciate myself and accept myself as a whole, unique, artistic person. And all of this because of a person I met during this experiment. It is beautiful, really.

I finally managed to have a date with these questions! :) We met on a dating app and she also knew about this so we decided to try it out. In the study it says to do it in 45 minutes. Well - we spent 6 hours walking around the city, answering the questions and getting to know each other closely. It was the most intense experience I shared with anyone ever and I really enjoyed our date. :) It seems like I now know her for much longer than just this one meeting so far... In 2018 I saw this video and though it was cute and funny so I wrote the questions in a paper. Some weeks after that I met a boy on a common friend birthday party. We were both 17 yo. We started talking and getting attouched so we decided to go on a date (both first date). The date was near from christmas on a classic winter rainy day in city center. Because it was raining we decided to sit down in a really small shopping center. I figured out that the paper with the 36 questions was on my pocket and we thought it would be nice to do them to each other just for fun. Now we are almost completing 4 years together and almost 22 years old. We are each other fisrt date, first kiss and first love❤️

I wish I could have these kinds of deep, genuine authentic conversations everyday or one a week.

Listening to the music and seeing them interact just made me fall more and more in love with the song, and I was almost crying at the end. So beautiful!

The vintage old recorder, they could’ve gotten a new tiny one, but it doesn’t carry the same weight and effect; the cable running underneath the table dividing the room and the screen in half, it’s interesting to see if and when it gets crossed, the focus on the subtle little body movements, finger tapping, shuffling feet, micro facial expressions … It’s all simple yet gorgeous ❤

I'd like to tell a story. I don't know if anyone cares, but this video made me decide to do it. So about a week ago, I woke up late for college. Not late to class, but parking is a nightmare if you get there too late in the day. I woke up, go ready, had coffee, and left. When I got there I was lucky enough to find parking no problem. Class was canceled for the day for whatever reason. Decided to go to the music department and play one of the pianos in a practice room for a while. I stayed in there relentlessly learning a song for my friend and barely got anything done, but I enjoyed myself. at 10:47 I left the practice room to go to my next class. I started walking there and when I was within view of the building I was going to I heard a girl exclaim something like "Oh!" but it was soft and only I noticed. I turned around and there she was. I asked if she was alright and just started walking with her. Her name is Olivia. Here's the kicker. 6 years ago, I met a girl I had been so in love with the the next 5 years that I knew her. That ended in failure. But when I met here, there was a distinct feeling I got about her, like something was telling me to keep talking to this girl, because she was important, and then she became 5 years of my life. When I met Olivia, it wasn't like love at first sight. Neither situation was. But it was like a magnet pulling me toward her, the very same feeling. I've been talking to her for about a week and have been considering asking her to sit at a study table at the college with me some time and just talk and do homework. But I'm worried I'm making her uncomfortable. I just don't know what to do! She's a total stranger, but she's on my mind lately every single day against my will. Who knows? Maybe she's the one.

As the participants get more comfortable its easier to start imagining a relationship or not with that person. Once you get past the small talk you can see what a person is truly like.
