Love nkuwan the way you show it! You really focus on showing off the watch. I don't think any other RU-vidr can show off watches in as much detail as you.
Absolutely stunning piece. I have a number of Sea-Gull watches on my bucket list that I want to buy, and I think demand for genuine Chinese watches is growing in the West. Its a shame it seems a bit tricky to get a hold of authentic Sea-Gull watches - but from this video, that looks to be the genuine article :D
nkuwan You are so well-informed about luxury watches. You've obviously done your due diligence and the comparison to the US is very informative...because of course, I live in New York. thank you very much
I think there's no need for any new versions with this movemet. How about eliminating the issue with the columnwheel and making the movement reliable first?
Looks good. But unfortunately my own experience with these cheap Chinese chronographs - two to date - hasn't been positive. I have a moon phase model and the standard version sitting silent and useless requiring attention from an impossible to locate watchmaker willing to work on these watches They certainly look magnificent but after less than a fortnight on the wrist the moon phase model stopped completely and my more conventional model took an additional four weeks before conking out. Dissapointing for such smart and seemingly well made timepieces.
I see that you have an objective opinion-NOT! FYI, Seagull movements are easily available and your local watchmaker should quite easily obtain one at wholesale prices, if it is necessary to do so. Try thinking outside the box before commenting.
