Great video Steve it makes me wanting to go visit the Beach ..I might see a few white pointers or some bronze whalers...that Fish & Scallops looked great...not to mention that Pie shop...love the gulls and them other water birds ...yes I always buy bulk beef as it is cheaper....and watching it roll to 162,000 km yeah its funny how numbers amuse us..I still look at my speedo every now & then when it hits the milestone. 😀

The fush and chup shop was massive, Bro! Even the local birds came to say hello. And stopping by that handmade pie shop on the way home was a lovely touch. Looks like you had a wonderful excursion to the Gold Coast. 👍

What a lovely area around the lagoon.! That seafood was amazing. And pies too...I was in SMackfan heaven with all the food. Good deals at the butcher shop too. wow.

It was _ok_ - Was surprised at the lack of choices of cooked fish though, given all the varieties on display!

Haha! It wouldn't be an Aussie fish and chip lunch on the coast, without the company of the "bin chickens," and Seagulls. Seagulls do my head in with their racket! Having said that, I live inland at the foot of a mountain on the creek in lush green dairy country and the huge flocks of beautiful, yet audacious Rainbow Lorikeets that come onto our property to feed from the nectar of the flowering gums are just as bad. Their screechin' and scrappin' is out of control, sometimes it's so bad that we have to turn up the volume on the telly! 🤣Cheers.

*You've got THAT right!!* I'm envious of your location, _although_ , where I live, even though it IS suburbia - it's _far enough_ from Brisbane CBD that we ARE thought of (by some), as 'in the sticks' (yet only 20 minutes drive from the city). By now I'm sure you're becoming familiar with the local wildlife where I live, which INCLUDES Rainbow lorrikeets etc! I used to have my own, which I called 'BIRD' (I'm so great at naming animals!!) 😂🙃😉👌🙂👍❤

Fantastic to see the other part of the country, the lagoon looks awesome , And That's crazy big bird with the Long curved beak don't see them in my part of Aus very often especially trying to steal your fish and chips 😂 Thank you for showing us around Steve Very much appreciated 👍

Glad you liked it. Yeah; I've always had an affinity with birds (the feathered kind also) - Although; I somehow *SUSPECT* that these bitds will willingly take food from ANYONE - 'Bird people' or not! 😄😉

@@SteveMack I think you're right when it comes to seagulls And magpies you have a very good kind respect for them I had one for years that used to come and sit on the milk crate and I used to feed him then he disappeared one day for a long time. but came back with four more a year later,I think they have quite good memories especially if you're nice to them plus they know a good sole from a bed one.👍
