Yea I was thinking that,most people grade stuff for a high grade so they can resell at the highest price,if you just want to protect em,I'd just got the protective cases

Grading takes a really long time, but it is smart to save them for the future.

Loving the Bobby's World, Tiny Toons, Nickelodeon, that Cabbage Patch doll, Flintstones, Little Mermaid giftbag and I fondly remember those Burger King glasses! We had the Aladdin cup. Flintstone cups! Thanks for sharing.

Funny that you got that from a granny. Me my brothers and my granny spent all weekend in the late 80s looking for the turtles. Found them and is the greatest adventure from my childhood. Thank you for the trip down memory lane!!

We have similar collections. So funny enough the Space Rover McDonald's toy in bag was the coolest thing I thought. I had that as a kid. Thought it was cool cause you got to build it. Never would have even remembered it, or would have known it came from McDonald's. Thanks.

Hi Rick. Back in the day at Wal-Mart, you would usually see the unpunched figure packages when they went straight to the bargain/clearance bins, so they were never hung out.

That Back To The Future toy, Doc’s Delorean, was one of my top tier favorite McDonald’s toys when I was growing up. It felt more substantial than the usual happy meal toys. It made little sparks when you revved it up and would take off on it’s own after you did so. Good times.

The TMNT on Card were my favorite from this lot for sure. Brought back memories of going to my local department store Ames and picking them up whenever I got good grades on my report card. My parents would take me to Ames and let me pick out anything I wanted (within reason) and it was also a TMNT figure, GI JOE figure or He-Man depending on the timeframe.

wow what a great find. I wish I never ripped mine out the boxes when I was a kid but hey, I was a kid. I enjoyed playing with these toys over the years and now even though I don't have the boxes I still have them.

Those are indeed the Original run of figures. I was working at a Circus World Toys when they were released. Sadly my set are long, long gone. "Unpunched" typically would be that someone was able to get them directly out of the shipping box before anyone placed them out on the floor.

I got all four turtles on Christmas of 1988. I had never heard of them before that but I was hooked. Turtles everything for the next 3/4 years.

Awesome! Love the TMNT figures! I only had the Raph one. At this point, you should check if that penny is worth anything. Maybe it was in there with the collectable stuff for a reason.

I went to my buddy's place once and they had a ton of unopened (not retro) toys in a storage closet. They said they buy them on sale/clearance and give them as gifts to their kids friends at birthday parties.

I think the turtles are most nostalgic for me. But those Flintstones happy meals toys I had for sure. And my mom found some old gift boxes from when I was a kid and one of them was ninja turtles from like 1993. And I now have it in my collection, the art on it is amazing!

Dude those tmnt sealed figures are gold! I had them in 2007 and sold them in 2010 for nothing I had about 30 of them. It was the worst mistake of my life. Amazing find

Dude the attack attack pack car was one of my favorites as a kid. If u ever open it the side fins open up and it has teeth on the inside!

a lot of fun toys. For me the most nostalgic for me is the Batman happy meal toy. That looks like the Bat boat from Batman Returns. Also loved the Gargoyles figure I had a Brox one as a kid, cold it was grey but put it in war or hot water and it turned green.But it's mot uncommon for grandparents to keep stuff like this for the grandkids to play with. Both of sets of my grandparents had toys we picked out and could play with.

Dude....what a sweet score!! NARC is the same area as me. The Dallas area. I do a lot of thrift store toy hunts on my channel. Found a big box at Thrift Giant earlier this year filled with VINTAGE 80s toys. Tons of MOTU, ThunderCats, TMNT, etc...got the whole box for $32

Yep, get some Toyshield cases for those TMNT figures! Sealing them will also help flatten some of the cards out. Great find! TMNT makes some of the best MOC collections.

Had the nickelodeon cassette player bumping the space jam soundtrack as a kid. Also Singles were everything when I was younger. Buying 1 song and a remix for like a dollar or two.

I would definitely consider getting those TMNT figs graded. Maybe sell the one Donatello to recoupe your money and save to buy a Leonardo and complete the collection. Great haul!

If this lady was anything like my mom, she'd buy stuff for gifts and hide them, then forget that she hid them in the attic, closets, wherever and never give them to us. I found a bunch of vintage star wars and other things new in package when my parents sold the house. She also always used to get McDonald's toys thinking they'd be worth a lot later down the road. Could be what happened in this case.

This is awesome stuff. I just found some Star Wars, Jurassic park, Batman, Disney sealed toys at old mans jewelry shop and he says he has tons of it in storage that he use to collect. I baught what he had in the store and left him my number. I hope he pulls out the rest and gives me a call 🤘🍻🤘

Great pick ups! Lots of nostalgia in that box from my childhood too! You need to come here to Missouri in September! There is a huge downtown tailgate flea market event with all the antique stores open down the strip as well! Keep up the good content! You made me want to create a channel for hunting/my collection!

There was an old fella down the street that would sell stuff every weekend like a yard sale. He had a box of figures he'd let peoples kids pick from if they bought something. I found a few TMNT Shredders, a few of the robo turtle, the scientist bug guy, and a Raphael. He said about a week earlier, some lady had bought a whole bunch of them from him and they were mostly TMNT, he said probably about 100 figures...*sigh*

Great video! I'm guessing the Back to the Future McDonalds toys were made to promote the cartoon that no one in England seems to remember, I'd definitely like to see a complete collection of that stuff.. we're currently trying to find all the McDonalds changeables at car boot sales and charity shops 'English stuff lol' ..keep the Great content coming, very much enjoy the toy hunting 😎

These are very nice TMNT figures and original vintage.. the very first run was rubber soft heads simular to 80s heman figures . These don't appear to be soft heads from what I can tell but if they are they're even more valuable.

Rick I thought when you were opening the tin at the bottom of the box where the Flintstones glasses were I thought they were going to be more Batman glasses since you find them everywhere lol. I also have the full set of Flintstones glasses.
