I’ve found your videos to be so helpful. I recently bought the 3.0 camera and the 3000F light. Using them was a dream. The issue was the fact that the wifi for the camera keeps cutting out when I try to transfer the pictures to my iPhone. I have the app set to keep the wifi from the source “on” while I’m using the app. I might try to buy this if I can’t get the issue worked out. (Since I have a new iPhone 12).

I just bought it for the Huawei P 30 Pro. Really cool housing, the only issue I have, is that I can only shoot in RAW while using the Ultra Wide Angle Lens. As soon as I switch to the Zoom lens or the regular wide angle only JPEG seems to work. Is this intended? Will you fix this with a software update? Kind Regards

Hi Hodie, thank you for purchasing the SportDiver and reaching out to us about the RAW function. The SportDiver app should shoot in RAW+JPEG for ultrawide and wide lenses. Some phone makes/models have limitations which prevents the phone from capturing a RAW file under certain settings. We will look into the Huawei P30 Pro and see if we can find a solution for that. Any updates would be released through the Google Play store. Please let us know if you have any questions.

Hello! If your phone isn't on the list, we cannot guarantee it will be compatible with the SportDiver.

@@AtraxJoe We only sell one model of the SportDiver which works for iPhone and Android phones. Each SportDiver comes with tabs to place inside that differ based on the size of your phone (that is the S,M,L sizing on the compatibility chart on our website, it refers to which tabs to use inside the case). I hope that helped!

@@AtraxJoe there is only one size of the sportdiver, adjust the included grip tabs according to the size of your phone.
