Impressive. Wonderful bright colors of the ship, no rust, no dirt, all perfectly clean, a very appealing cargo (:-)), a dream of a ship. The video is beautifully photographed and cut, the music excellently matches the cool and easy atmosphere. Some of the best invested 8 minutes when looking for cargo ship clips... Congrats & thanks for this.
I liked this video very much because I can see all the Orange ships coming and going from my house in Rotterdam which was also in this movie. The music is terrible but the footage makes up for it. Lovely to know what the Orange Blossom 2 looks like on the inside, she left Rotterdam only two days ago and Orange Sun will be here next Monday. Thanks for posting it. Marjan, Rotterdam
Was onboard on a similar vessel refrigerated orange juice carrier “MV BEBEDOURO” . Were liner loading in Santos, Brazil and discharging in Amsterdam. Lots of adventures and amazing memories, missed the girls in Santos, the Bars ABC, Manila, Sarung banggi and Casacha do Brazil bars.
@@davidespinola7710 Yes it would have been interesting to see how the cargo is looked after. Cargo tank construction , pumping system. After all this is a food grade product destined for human consumption.
Government standards are high in food consumption industries even perishable commodities especially spoilable goods like these and even milk in manufacturing labs can are stricter than formulation of canneries in expiration dated O.J. like unpasteurized to time linkage
The construction of Orange Wagon is on designing board built for speed and cap vacuum for surge when slowing up and speed cap rises and lows according to load
Great video theres a juice ship that I see docked in the port of tampa..that looks just like this ship..same paint..and I can tell you the ship is beautiful....
Having produced over 4000 1/2 hour TV shows in my life sounds is half the content. It is easy to ruin good video work with the wrong soundtrack, I have done it! Turning the sound off with this video helps see the content without distraction, Hope this helps you.
I was expecting to see some cargo hold/tank cleaning, means of preparation for hospital standards and internal arrangement .. Now it just seems to be another Sailor fan video.!
You don't do much tank cleaning on a juice tanker (unless there is maintanence to be done), nitrogen ensures that no bacteria reaches the cargo and as long as you do it right you will not need to clean the tanks for several voyages (unless you load a different cargo for example citrus juice vs orange juice).
If you worked on tankers or container ships there a lot more to life on board than cruising at Sea. This didn’t show anything of the real workings on a cargo ship. I’ve just come back from 6 weeks working on the maintenance crew on a large container ship all the way from China to Southampton England.
Had to turn the volume down to tolerate the video. On the other hand the visuals were good. It would be interesting to see how the ship worked in detail. How are the storage areas made and cleaned? What is the difference between this type of tanker and an oil tanker? Where do you get the orange pulp and where does it end up? How long do transfers take? And other stuff like that.
Great vid 2nd I was in Santos in PETROBRAS Terminal and while i was outbound pilot told about your ship thst she is a orange juice carrier.Next time if it's posible upload the cargo tanks .AShould ne stainless correct? And what kind of carggo pump does shr have ??? Framho?
I love Moby's music. Just don't think it fits with this video. Wish you would have shown the inside of the container. Think most people were thinking the same thing.
Oh wow didnt know there was a ship like it.. lol if u was in the ship kitchen and u ran out of orange juice.. you wouldnt have to go far for juice.. lol
Nice video ! white ships are refrigerated no? Enjoy your life aboard, it could be bad, you could find yourself stuck on traffic on the way to a cubicle...
Their used to be a daily train of fresh orange juice from Florida up to the Northeast United States for Tropicana. This video explains why that train now only has a few cars a day tacked on to another freight train.
You bellow Mr.Phillip, thay are not allowe to public any cargo infor. I know I was and I am still a part of they crew an did sail two times on that vessel, Kind Reg.and may fortuna sail with US..... Gobo
What an awesome video of a OJ boat! Next up milk and youghurt? Cool to have fresh OJ on a daily basis! Check out Chief Makoi and JeffHK. Be safe, and stay safe! Greetings from Norway!
