As a professional Communicator, that was one of the most-pathetic and false apologies I've ever seen. He's only "disgusted" by it because he was shown on video because he can't/isn't being charged.
Public people exposed as bad actors these days tend to parrot in public the same apology script. I also see a (thin) mask of accountability here (B.S.), but it is also increasingly hard to judge sincerity in an age where social media rewards people for bogus self-representations. So I am sickened by many things at once.

Sadly he won't because of statute of limitations. I think it's long overdue that the statute of limitation laws are reformed. Both in the cases of domestic violence and sexual assault, it's well-known that victims have a hard time coming forward. These are very traumatic experiences for victims. What I want to know is how the hotel has had this for years and just now released this.

I was a victim of domestic violence. These people are horrible and walk among us everywhere. I was made to feel worse from the further abuse by my inlaws and so called friends. I live with the scars everyday.
No sorry, I'm sure he was told to do this by his attorney. Remember, he BROUGHT the tape, he SETTLED the case days after the charge (because he KNEW what he had done). He also DENIED it even happened. An attorney driven apology won't cut it (the tape does not lie. Everyone has seen it)
