My mom had the question when Diddy beat up Cassie, "why did no one got out and do something about it?" I'm sure everyone heard the beat up at the hotel.
I just read the unsealed documents yep S*x trafficking by force, 3 count racketeering conspiracy, kidnapping, fraud or coercion and they toss in transportation to engage in prostitution. He is definitely DONE!
Yeah, you dont do a Fed raid like THAT for nothing. He's been bragging about how he's an OG "Bad Boy" his entire career, now he's gonna have to keep it real... put his life where his musical lyrics are at. Sorry!
There are a lot of PR firms getting calls today from anyone that attended any of his parties and are now aware that this guy has hidden cameras in every room of that house. Those videos will now come out at the trial ,popcorn time lol.
Diddy deserves everything coming to him and more but my thing is the hotel that was paid off from the footage of him beating Cassie and only released it now nobody else find that shady? dont be a hero now when you TOOK the money
Considering it is a celebrity hotel, they want to discreet for both themselves and the people that stay there so it's not surprising they are willing to sweep it under the rug if it's as long it a crime can't be traced back to them or involve police.
That reminds me of Cogswell’s robot dog in that one episode of The Jetsons. The main plot was that the police were cracking down on robots operating without permits and the B plot was Cogswell being up to something shady. The two plots came to a head when an officer came to confront Cogswell because it was discovered his robot dog didn’t have a permit. Seeing that it was in trouble, the dog saved itself by throwing Cogswell under the bus, handing the officer evidence of his master’s wrongdoings.
This is pretty common practice for rich and influential people and use to be common place back in the day for connected powerful people. I worked in the hospitality industry, celebs trashing rooms and going on drug binges, fights where covered up all the time. Rules just dont apply for people who can pay their way out of trouble. Also i think I read somewhere the footage was leaked by an employee who left the company so the hotel doesn't even deserve any praise of that's true.
Federal Prison are normally easier than State Prison. It's where the term "Club Fed" comes from, even if he doesn't end up in minimum security Federal Prison, it's still an easier stretch. He'll be taxed and tried daily if he ends up in State Prison.
It’s sad you have people asking why people or women didn’t say anything sooner acting like they don’t know people with power are scary and have control over a lot of things. What happened is Diddy pissed the wrong people off and lost that power and protection
Shit, it's hard to get people without power jail time for sexual crimes against women and children. At this point it should be common knowledge with the amount of people who outright state their abuser is still walking freely or open cases where a conviction did happen but they barely got jail time for what they did.
Diddy, and R Kelly will form a Group called "CB5" and will have singles like "Piss on You" and "You make me Wanna(beat your ass up)" Produced by Harvey Wienstein
For anyone to believe that this whole thing with Cassie that a one off about his behavior, remember that incident happened in 2016. When she brought it to light,in 2023, he quickly paid her off and only apologized after the video came out months later. He claim he is getting or has gotten help yet all the crazy shit he has done between that time shows otherwise
dont forget he had got arrested for assaulting someone at a college in LA over one of his kids, i think charget got dropped, then there was incident way back in 98-99 when nas dropped that hate me now video and he assaulted someone at mtv with a bat. dudes a violent person. no doubt about it.
A lot of the other crimes mentioned are local charges and can be stronger defended against. Federal prosecution is a totally different ball game. He’s almost surely about to do time.
Read the articles of what is included in that indictment he's not doing 6 months. He's doing-years more than that if found guilty. And you've got to remember they've got access to tapes of the camera system in the mansion and if they decide to enter any of that into evidence for this case, and Homeland Security investigations and the prosecutors will call the defense Bluff
I'm making an educated wish here and that is Diddy will go out the way of Nino Brown at the end of New Jack City. "P. Diddy, your soul is required in Hell!"
I’m going to have to disagree on the sentencing for a few different reasons. (1) The Feds are involved. They basically only prosecute if they have an airtight case and I don’t think they have any plans on being lenient or negotiating. (2) While his mogul status kept people quiet and him out of court, I do not see him having the same influence within the law. I don’t think he has those types of connections and at the end of the day he is still a Black man. (3) Hearing the prosecution speak today, it kind of sounds like they want to make an example of him. They even seem to be encouraging more people to come forward. They didn’t grant him bail, even though his defense attorney put up a pretty good case for him, with what he was working with. I think if he is found guilty he is going away for a long time, that’s assuming this case even goes to trial. He might get less time if he takes a plea deal, but I still think it will be significant. Just my hunch.
Re: The FBI - This involved a task force, mafia style photos with him at the top with and a crime family tree of folks underneath, red string linking this to that...
