I don't blame her for trying to get all of those questions answered. After all, he was not up front about the fact that children would be part of the equation. That should have been one of the first three facts brought to light when discussing the possibility of being roommates. Obviously, they are not compatible roommates so it is good to know before actually moving in.
I get what you are saying but I also told her about the kids beforehand when we first met up to discuss her living with me. There is a lot that isn’t shown or discussed on this show since we are only allotted a certain amount of time.
@@_Seymone yes all those things can drive your roommate crazy if they get blindsided. it's much better than later having to say 'you never told me'. i think he would have been wiser to at least talk about how the rent and utility checks would be paid and agree about overnight guests. i've had roommates and usually had to handle the money and repairs. and everyone with kids needs a little help watching them when emergencies pop up (kudos to him if he can always manage by himself).
Ummm....that’s not why I’m divorced. Lol. She was just a little too demanding for staying in my living room when I was very cordial and respectful for anything she needed before she was to move in.
@@ladyv5655was never going to keep it. It was only cause I sent the check back and she never got it and then demanded cash. She never gave me cash. She gave me a check so if she had just waited a little longer and then came at me nicely, I would have gladly gave her another check. Not cash. Check.
Have a Dog for a roommate. They never complaint and they happy to see you everything that You turn that to your house. They would wag their tale, and jump on your chest in telling you welcome home.
@HectorGarfria nice!! That's awesome! I wish I got that much. Lol. All I got was the the deposit I was giving back and the same amount to be on the show. Lol. Congrats to him! Lol. Thanks for the comment bro.
@joey1362 - ya bro. Even more annoying in person. And did you see that list of items/chores for me? In my own apartment??? Get the f--k outta here! Lol.
I'm from Williamsburg, Brooklyn, New York born and raised. I don't know why that the residents and businesses in Queens, never put Queens, New York. The residents and businesses in Queens, always put down the section in Queens, where they live or work. For example they would put Flushing, New York except Queens, New York. People from Queens, are they only ones in the City of New York, that uses the section their from instead of the borough. To this day I still don't why they use the section instead of the borough.
Omg, he should thank his lucky stars that all of this came out BEFORE she moved in! Good on him for turning her away; she'd drive even a decent roommate nuts! Disaster averted! JMHO
Hey! Thanks for the comment! Exactly!! That was my whole point to her! It’s my place. You don’t get to tell me how I run my place. She was crazy and thankfully I never got to live with her. lol.
sha11235 hey! No. I didn't. They pay it. That's part of being on the show. They pay you to be on the show and if you win, the pay you just to be on the show. If you lose, they pay her and you get paid to be on the show and you also get to keep the money you were fighting about. Lol. So it was win-win for me. Lol. Oh, and they pay for your flight, hotel, taxi to and from the show and airport, and they give you a stipend for food. Win-win. Lol.
This lady only wanted to cover the ins-and-outs of the rental agreement.the gentleman was trying to involve his kids with her she was not comfortable with that she's renting a room . She was just making good business sense. He needs to refund her full security and rent
Dude. She knew about the kids way before I agreed to her staying with me. I just didn’t understand why as an adult woman, she had to basically get permission from her parents??
