I love Sean Hayes! Funny story..... after the original "Will and Grace" went off the air, I somehow saw en episode of "Two and a Half Men," which I immediately disliked and I never saw another episode. Somehow, in that one viewing, I thought that Jon Cryer was Sean Hayes, I thought he looked different due to time and makeup. I was shocked how different his aura and spirit came across. I was so disappointed because I felt that Hayes (who was actually Cryer) no longer had the beautiful, kind, dancing, loving, warm-hearted, life-filled eyes...and I felt sad. What had happened? I beleived for a long time that he had changed. Much later I learned of my mistake. I was overjoyed when I learned that the character in "Two and a Half Men" was in fact NOT Sean Hayes, and when I saw Hayes again, I was overjoyed to see he still had the beautiful aura around him! LOl! ( Sorry, no insult to Cryer intended)
