If they switched to a better wood manufacture I would buy Girl/Chocolate boards again. I always preferred Girl boards when I was younger - had my first 8.0 with a Guy deck about 7-8 years ago. Chocolate's graphics are more visually appealing though.

why's it weird? Mike Mo had a bit of an oxy problem after he fucked his leg up. He mentioned the withdrawal process he went through at one point in an interview I saw last year. Pain pills are very common in the industry because of the toll skateboarding takes on your body. People don't really talk much about the issue of usage, misusage, and addiction though. Then, plenty of dudes have anxiety disorders. Dylan Rieder had a Xanax (alprazolam) issue for several years. He was one of the very few dudes I've ever heard to have a full blown known benzo issue/addiction that was relatively public.

Gabriel Villegas hey just pointing this out but opiate addiction is very real and an epidemic right now in America, I had 2 friends die from opiate abuse, hate to see people doing this to themself. (I'm on 30 cc methadone)
