Maybe he has better material, because this is not the stuff you bring to national television. Or perhaps I am used to a much higher level of comedy such as Bill Burr.
I always feel bad leaving a critical comment on the stand up comics bit - because you KNOW the person is reading them, over and over again. I'm willing to make an exception on this clip as it is from 2011 and it is most likely that, because the guy looks a bit Hispanic, that he's already been loaded into one of President Trump's catapults ready to be fired to Mexico. In which case, I feel safe in asking: "Do you not screen test these guys at Conan Towers, or what...?"

derty qwerty 42N but Conan has had lots of really funny comedians too. I just didn't find this guy all that funny. He wasn't bad, but not my style of comedy.
