Konshens may have gotten clearance from Sizzla beforehand but it's not public or maybe Sizzla just never had an issue because of the comradery him and Konshens have...The issue in the case of Brick and Lace is different because it's obvious they didn't provide clearance. Check out what happened in the case for Flourgon vs Miley Cyrus.....or what happened for the song called Blurred lines in which the Marvin Gaye estate sued successfully for copyright infringement.
