Whoever works for Impact and decided to post this match, thank you! I remember watching this with my grandfather when it was live. This match is the epitome of telling a story in the ring and is one of the best matches in the history of professional wrestling. Thank you, Jerry & and Sean, for this masterpiece! This is a great match for young wrestlers to watch. learning how to let moves breathe and then speeding it up.

"The Pioneer Of The X-Division" Jerry Lynn (formerly known as Mr. JL) is one of the most underrated wrestlers of all-time. Furthermore, I'm glad Jerry Lynn became a Ring Of Honor World Champion because he's more than a "high flyer" who can actually (mat) wrestle.

It was Jerry Lynn’s first match back since February 2004 due to a severe shoulder injury, tearing the tendon from the 🦴 in his rotator cuff, when Juventud Guerrera botched a Juvi Driver.

@Daedric Prince JDWhe used the same set of moves. Great heel but a very decent wrestler. He will never become who he is right now if he started his career with roh or tna.
