SeaRay Sorrento 23xl Mercruiser 260 5.7 litre V8 Engine Refit (at 8x speed) 

After 5 years of it sitting at the back of the house, the engine finally made its way into the boat. This is one of those 'this is how it happens in real life' stories. In the manual, it says "using an appropriate lifting system, lower the engine onto its mounts". This is those 6 hours, at just above zero degrees centigrade, in the driveway, and condensed into 7 minutes. Ignore the time and date on the camera, this was 23rd Jan 2021.
