That man is long gone, the fact that his family reported him "missing" and aren't out there helping to search speaks volumes, they know exactly where he's at and it's not anywhere near, imo..
I agree. I feel like he's not even in Florida and someone is helping him. Like somewhere to sleep and shower. Ya know, I'm probably wrong but that's my opinion.
@@jerryalexander8803 another psychopath. There are so many of them lately it’s scary. Psych should be mandatory in schools so kids learn the red flags.
And the only ppl saying he is in the reserve & missing is his family who imo are a piece of work. The lawyer’s spoken out & I’d hope he has enough integrity to be truthful abt Brian invoking his 5th & 6th amendment rights. However, did he talk to Brian or just the parents I wonder. In any case if the lawyer is lying, he’s going to be disbarred from practicing law. Idk his rep but the lawyers I know have no interest in risking their license for anyone.
Out of the country? He had 10 days at home before her parents knew she was missing. Any attorney could arrange great fake ID. what languages does he speak?
Yep. Probably got connections. The parents clearly didn't care didn't even send an apology. Didn't even reporter missing even though they live with her. Of course they're going to send police on a wild goose chase for their son's not even it
why didn't they get him in the first place when he came back alone and refused to say anything to the police..they just waited for him to escape?..this whole man-hunt now is just ridiculous.
They did try but the parents refused to let police talk to Brian let alone see him. The parents even payed a lawyer and didn’t tell police anything until 3 days later, but truly Brian had been gone 6 to 7 days prior. That’s a lot of lead for Brian to run away. I believe the FBI could have put an undercover patrol to watch Brian’s parents house 24/7 but that wasn’t in the books, because apparently the FBI wanted to do everything the right way and not get sued by the parents later on. Now they have all the evidence that when Brian is found to put criminal charges against the parent for helping a fugitive escape.
@@alphaduck2926 thank you..but the fact that American police raides homes even in minor cases and not do the same for a top suspect is just inconceivable.
He’s not going to be where he said he’d be..especially in a place like that..no one would choose that over fleeing the country and having an easier hide out!
Exactly! I was also wondering whether the parents or neighbors have any surveillance cameras that may show him coming or going? Looks like a pretty nice neighborhood with decent size homes....You can't tell me nobody has cameras on that whole block?
@@jamesdenton94 hopefully they will tell what they do know very soon. If they allowed to escape, then they are complicit. By them knowing to go get his car says they do know something.
The parents didn’t force him to go to the police, nor did they cooperate with police upon his return home. They need to be held accountable for him disappearing. Just being ok with him going on a camping trip when his fiancé is missing? I wouldn’t believe them for a single second about where they say he is. He’s likely no where near there by now.
How bout leaving the scene of a homicide? How bout stealing a van that’s not yours? How bout impeding an investigation? Hasn’t done anything against the law?
Just playing devils advocate here. They shouldn’t have let him out of their sight to begin with. No proof that he left the scene of a homicide. Van wasn’t reported stolen. Not answering question is his right. Not talking to police is not considered impeding an investigation.
Exactly, even if the story were (which it's not) that they broke up out there and went their seperare ways, then he stole her van with all her belongings and left her without resources out there. But, hopefully they are simply not calling him a suspect yet so he may think it's safe to come out at some point. Who knows. But, I don't know why they assume he's on foot. The parents didn't report him missing for days. They could have driven him somewhere (while he was hiding on the floorboards or something).
There's no way he would be able to leave the country because in order to fly on an airplane or go on ships along with crossing the border to Mexico you have to have clearances with photo ID so if he doesn't show proof of identity he won't be able to leave. The only way he can leave the country is smuggling himself in a vehicle or taking a private boat out on the ocean.
@@josephbennett3482 You absolutely do not have to cross boarders to get to Mexico. Also you don't need anything going into Mexico... Have you ever crossed the boarder to Mexico???? I have many times and not 1 time did I show ID. Coming back into the US is a different story.
You forgot to end your statement with a period. Jaja So it would read like period.!!! Well it’s RU-vid and I can’t let go of this case just messing around buddy. Have a nice day
If he’s smart he can make a fire to act as smoke repellent, but that attracts police. This is why I believe he isn’t in the swampy area most likely in Canada
@@rullmourn1142 Yeah true but I doubt he would go to the Appalachian mountains again. That’s like tempting the tiger over and over again. And unless you want to be eaten I wouldn’t try the same move twice.
@@rullmourn1142 And I don’t think he has much choice but to surrender by this time, because he knows they are after him. By now if he’s watching the news which I presume that it’s 70 percent to 80 percent likely that he’s watching if not he’d be lost without knowing who’s following him or where his next move should be. I think he would be smart enough to know that he won’t make it out without having at least someone telling him where police are heading to. It’s like maybe Brian knows that I’m order to make it out for at least a year or more he needs to have some sort of support. Any true survivalist knows this whether it’s support from their friends, family or even a pet. He could even try to use the environment to his advantage and that’s some sort of support in it by itself. Don’t tell me Brian just went out there all by himself and wished himself good luck. Good luck is for the fools and I believe that Brian has help telling what his next move is. This should be obvious by now, because he’s been good at hiding so far. Either that or he’s dead somewhere
@@alphaduck2926 ..there have been some really dumb criminals that were able to hide in Mexico for many years, with little help or money. Anyway im waiting for some real evidence now, something to break.
@💍I Am The Prize🥂👰🏻 I agree. The neighbors saw Brian's parents get into the truck, and Brian got into the camper in back of the truck; then they left for a weekend trip. He didn't use the mustang. He's not at the reserve.
Oh jeez, an avid hiker can cover 20+ miles per day. My average is exactly 20 miles per day on a thru trail. Saying he can cover 8 miles a day is stupid, as grandma in her wheelchair could do that. If he is a hiker as social media portends, then he absolutely has a Lifestraw or some other water filter device. Carrying enough calories for 1 week on your back becomes the real challenge. These talking heads and so-called experts never hiked a day in their life it seems.
He could be hiking or even someone could be giving him a ride on a long 300 mile ride for all we know. Maybe his parents gave him $10,000 or $20,000 to flee the country and he’s past the 1,000 mile range. This dude brainstormed how to fool the cops I wouldn’t be surprised if he tries to fool us too.
@@jimdavis6833 I grew up in the swamps. They aren't that bad on a game trail. And no, not in swamps, over mountains is where I hiked. That preserve is big but can be crossed in a day
Brian returned home on September 1st. The attorney booked an airplane ticket for Brian around that time. Brian drove his mustang to some place at the reserve, where someone met him and picked him up and drove him to the airport, where he caught the flight. The guy has been long gone before the news crews showed up to stake the house.the Parents told police to search the swamp as a diversion. They know their son left a long time ago!
One could hope...but I doubt it. They hired a New York attorney to shelter Laundrie, not a Florida attorney. My guess is he's out of the country or is still being sheltered by the attorney. Until they list him as a wanted suspect...anyone can legally harbor him.
He was living out of his girlfriends van for one month. They travelled to known camping spots and he only hiked barefoot. He’s not that much of an outdoorsman actually.
I have no idea why law enforcement is wasting time searching swamp land. The family did what they could to protect him, immediately hired a lawyer and then got him the heck outta dodge. I'm not saying that was the right thing to do, but I bet my right shoe that's what happened.
Always rolled my eyes as a kid when someone would be hiding from authorities while the media reported on the areas that police were searching because the person in hiding would know where not to go.
He knew not to talk, hire a lawyer, and was just a suspicious person. I'm sure he also knew to get out of the country while he still had the opportunity.
They're New Yorkers. He had been demonstrating classic misogynistic proclivities in his relationship with Gabby {RℹP}. Hℹs parents got him out of the country.
If you watch the whole video from Utah when they got pulled over, they were almost gonna charge her with domestic violence. There has been no solid evidence he ever hit her. In the Utah video she didn't have a mark on her. Get your facts straight. Men can be the victims of domestic violence. She is dead and most likely he is dead also.
The Feds must have some evidence that he was there, I would imagine they aren't naive enough to just take his parents at their word. They weren't cooperative when Gabby was still considered a missing person and were clearly attempting to shield their son from LE. What would make them think the parents would actually tell them where he went now?
They might have dogs that picked up his scent near where he left his car but probably lost the trail in the swap. He could have had another car waiting somewhere else for him that he walked towards after traversing the swamp to cover his tracks (especially if went during a rainstorm when the reserve would be deserted). If he's hiding somewhere in the US, they will eventually find him. However, they should be checking every gas station camera footage between there and Mexico.
Right now the only evidence is that the parents claim he left a note saying he was going there and had the parents come pick up his car that was parked there. Days later the parents called the FBI saying he has been gone days and hadn't come home. Parents could be lying as he's ran off to hide.
The Fed's are playing chess. Send a bunch of agents to the reserve knowing he ain't there so you can smoke him out of the location he's actually at because he thinks the coast is clear. Rest assured this isn't the FBI's first go around. They don't tell the media all of their moves because it would jeopardize their investigation/search. Y'all gotta use common sense.
While there are Florida Panthers and black bear in the reserve. One of the biggest mammal threats in that swamp are the hogs and bob cats. A boar will bulldoze you and break your legs in protecting the drove if they feel threaten. The Bobcats are just nuts and have little to no fear and can tear you to shreds. He may be a hiker, but he's no hunter !
@@azteknomco2432 I've been there myself, I agree 100%. If I'm running and hiding somewhere it's not going to be there. That's like jumping into a hornet's nest

@Joe Potato he was never the one that suffered abuse from gabby. He’s very narcissistic which he probably made her say stuff like what she said in the body footage video.
@@hopegeiger8778 That’s incorrect. Eyewitness accounts given to Moab, UT, police on August 12 are consistent with Gabby physically attacking Brian and Brian not striking her. That said, I hope Brian is found.
In my opinion they aren’t stating that maybe so he will have more courage to eventually turn himself in. I feel it’s obvious he’s more than a suspect but I’m sure his incompetent parents are somehow communicating with him somehow. I think they helped him escape LONG before the police got involved. I just don’t understand how he would have ‘slipped away’ with all the media around. I don’t think he was ever there after the 11th when she was reported missing. He had an atty prior to any knowledge of her being missing. Prayers for Gabbys family
If the parents lied to the police about him going into the swamp, and one of the rescuers gets hurt in there, they should be held responsible. Won’t happen, but it should…..If the kid went to a dangerous swamp for a hike, why would the patents wait 4 days to report him missing? The whole thing stinks….
why would he be where he said he was going? Falsified texts and messages,so why would he tell the truth to his parents? I have a guess another investigation is going on-this one for the public.
Brian is probably relaxing in bed watching on TV what’s going on! His family in touch with him letting him know if there’re getting closer. They (his aiding & abetting parents, lawyer & sister) know EXACTLY where he’s at.
Wonder if they checked the attic of his parents home. The parents just seem so low key when it is their son that that is in question. I just would be beside myself if it was my kid in this kind of situation, begging them to understand he is not his usual self. Whole thing is weird. I hurt so much for Gabbys family.
Whether his parents are involved or not(above giving him a 4 day on-the-run headstart), he wouldn't tell ANYONE where he was going, the Florida swamp is probably a decoy. His parents need their phones tapped and kept under surveillance.
6:35 "Is time on your side when looking for a suspect?" The f***? What kind of question is that? "Is time on your side when you give the suspect a huge head start to plan and put some distance between the law enforcement and himself" is basically what she asked.
Hes not out there it's so silly they believe him.after his girlfriend dissapeared after being with him they should have kept him under surveillance this is sloppy police work
He is not in that swamp, I called shrek and he says " He ain't there". They also could be setting the guy up by sending some people in that swamp while they actually look to where they think he is.
He's not there just look at his parents behavior it's been almost a week since they haven't found Brian in that area and his family don't look worried at all because they know he's not there, if he actually was there they would look extremely worried that the searchers can't find him because that could prove that he commited suicide, but his parents are extremely calm because they know he's not there probably because they helped him to flee.
Perhaps the leads didn't pan out, but several people have reported seeing Brian Laundrie in south Alabama. The gentleman in this video, just like the police officers on the scene in Utah, totally missed the patently obvious signs of abuse in the behaviors of Brian Laundrie and Gabby Petito. When they interviewed Gabby, she was terribly frightened and very remorseful, and she readily admitted her role in the dispute with Laundrie. Laundrie, however, was jocular, and never admitted any responsibility for their confrontation with each other. He played right along with the police, allowing the police to blame Gabby, as if he was the unfortunate victim of his 110-pound girlfriend. One need not be a psychiatrist to see which of the two was the deadly abuser.
@John Smith I don't wish to engage in a debate with you, but a man and woman who begin to experience frustration in their ability to calmly, openly, and truthfully communicate with each other should first seek competent counseling before they end the relationship. It's easy as a male to think that the woman is in the wrong because of the manner in which she expresses her frustration, but it is just as likely, perhaps more so, that the man is the one who is unable to allow himself to be honest, open and vulnerable. I assume from your comment that you advise men to walk away instead of murdering their innocent partners and then fleeing.
Right I don’t think he’s there … for one if your son is innocent why advise him not to speak with authorities at all. And then why did they wait so long to even report him gone … they know he killed her it’s obvious he did
I think he went back to the desert where he seems to look like he was at home. I'm sure he could be hiding in one of the many caves in there. If not, then he's out of the country, probably to a non-extraditing country.
The fact that it's known that they did do physical violence toward one another. You should have had them separated, and not ask if they wanted to be separated. They had visible marks to show that they'd probably end up fighting again.
I know everything points toward this guy, but life is stranger than fiction sometimes. He has to be assumed innocent before found guilty. Trial by public opinion can be a slippery slope. #RIPGABBY
If they put all this effort into looking for all missing people we’d be looking at around a spending budget of at least $50 billion a year just in man power and equipment for the FBI and police to find at least half of the adults and kids missing and another $50 billion for the other half. I came up with the numbers by estimating how much one person costs us to find him and if we use our resources right it costs the country $500,000 to locate one kid. And it’s not guaranteed. With people like Brian it costs the Nation like $4 million at most and I’m not exaggerating. The police already received lots of money from the taxpayers until Biden came in, and they have mostly spent like $1.2 million already looking for Brian if not they are getting close to that number. These guys have deployed drones, helicopters, man power, dogs, divers and have good money to pay off someone who has a good tip or information. It’s very expensive and Brian’s family will have to pay for this in the end.
I think the family gave him time & $ to escape to Mexico or who knows. He’s not in that reserve except maybe in the belly of an alligator. But how did he leave the home undetected w/all the demonstrators & media watching. Hopefully after thoroughly searching all they pulled from the Laundriie’s home, they’ll find him. I feel awful for Gabby & her family but also feel bad for the S&R teams. Ugh.
Dixie from homemade wanderlust hiked a similar area and it's possible he can live in there for a long time with adequate supplies and a good water filter
It would be awkward carrying the pitcher around all those alligators. He will need to change the filter in three months. Could be iffy without a marking pen to mark the date.
