There is a concept called community mental health. For an en example, churches can teach such concepts of forgivingness, plus other types of mental health services could give life skill tips. It could be provided in short segments at community events. It could be framed in what I call, "Dollars and sense". The difference between a full time job at $12.50 an hour full time, and a ten year prison sentence is roughly 250 thousand dollars, over that time! Plus the freedom outside of working hours, like attending sporting events, parties, etc. Teach people to control their emotions based upon realities. And teach them to make concrete goals. Certain forces want people to remain ignorant of their dollar worth, so people can be exploited individually.

Since it happened in Memphis, she's likely hiding in Arkansas, probably Little Rock or the surrounding area. These types don't go far from home. We shouldn't need Dog the Bounty Hunter to find this one.

Tennessee does in fact have the death penalty ! There are currently 47 people waiting their turn ! Can you imagine the reaction she'll get when they find out she's in prison because of chicken !
