I think they will remember a lot. Unfortunately I believe it’s haunted them in ways. May God’s love & peace give them strength to grow into good men. I have so much hope for them. ❤

The only way you going to find her in that mess is to pick up every piece. Even at that she might be buried under something. You would have to dig up the yard and sheds.
She could be buried anywhere. She would be tiny little bones now. She could have been right under there feet literally. I hate to say that but it’s true.
FRED ? He has been away from that area for over a year. What does it mean "he was up there doing stuff" those are your words. Sure it's hearsay anyways. Imo, Summer is far from that area..
Those were words Andy had mentioned when referring to who he believes typically goes on the property (when he wasn't away, prior to early 2023) when Andy isn't there, and yes I assumed he was guessing based on past experience living on the property. Even on the day we were there Fred was poking around with Kathy getting video of Rockin Robin and Andy's cars so he could send them off to get put on on RU-vid. That seems to me to fit a pattern.

Its a shame they let the house go to ruin. They could have evwn rented it out if they didnt want to live there. Pity they didnt take care of the whole poroperty. A lot of rubbish wasnt good to see. Needs a whole big clean up. Big job.
Imagine having weekly access to a K-9 every time we go out looking. That would be a dream come true, honestly. All we can do is work on getting Moon trained up so when she's older she'll be able to help us out.

It’s very nice which y’all are doing, but you’re not gonna find her in sight/on top of the ground/she’s going to be covered, most definitely covered with debris and or ground or in some thing so just hiking and looking isn’t going to find her
We spent 3 hours searching through things - I thought it would be obvious to viewers that 3 hours compressed into a 40 minute video, with 20-30 minutes of that comprised of snippets of searching, doesn't not portray everything we searched through. I may have to make that more clear in future videos using time-lapsed video of all of the search activities over several hours I guess.
Fred hasn't been in jail between the time the property was abandoned and he eventually went to jail in 2023. That's what I assumed Andy was talking about when he mentioned that suspicion. I honestly don't know who added to the trash and it's irrelevant, unless someone really was squatting there at some point.
Just from personal experience, Summer would have found it nearly impossible to get to that barn from the woods. She disappeared in early summer and all the trees and vines would have been alive and filled out, concealing the treacherous terrain. She would not have gotten far at all in the subtropical woods around her house, dog trails or not. It was a good idea but not likely. On a lighter note, I was wondering what happened to my Jeep Cherokee and now I know. I see the chrome grill still shines.. P.S. Can somebody tell me why there are often two seats in an outhouse? I have been contemplating this since the first time I had to use one as a child....and thank God it has been a while since then...
I feel like there's a chance something happened with one of her brothers....I don't hear anyone mentioning this. Is it possible Summer went in the house, got in a fight with her brother( s) they pushed her or something and hurt her? Mom found her in bad shape or worse? Just like Jonbenet ...I feel like Burke did it in anger. Anyone else?
For sure, Burke hit his sister in a fight over pineapples, having started earlier over bikes. I do not believe Summer's brothers or parents were responsible. A local creep kidnapped her. She could still be alive in captivity.

I think TBi would have found Summer when they searched this area. I’m not sure why 3 years later it’s being searched . Y’all do know what you are looking for? Remains if a child. All bones 🦴 is what will be left. It’s not very easy searching for human bones. The trash and debris spreader all thru out that area is disgusting and shows how clean and organized these ppl really were. They weren’t!! What a shame Clean that property up. Polluting the environment is never good!
Mostly because many people have said Summer has potentially been moved several times over the years, and abandoned properties would be a prime dumping spot for that kind of thing. I figured that reason for searching now would be obvious. And I agree, finding bones won't be easy. If it were, it probably would have been done by now.
We did talk a bit about that off-camera and there are two things I noticed. One was that you can only see across to the top of the other hill during spring/fall. If the leaves are out this place is visually blocked from anything. However having spent a lot of time hiking ravines throughout mountains just like these I will say that I 100% believe if there is any screaming at all going on at 110 Ben Hill, you could absolutely hear it from 125. The two mountains act like a tunnel and sound carries further than you'd expect it to.

His property is real big. You should go see what’s in that box upstairs past the tv. Summer could of been put up there or outhouse. Not saying anything against Andy he’s kool. But JSB and who ever else you never know

Thanks, yeah that was the last thing. Initially it was talking to the owner of Hayworth Tire personally and asking about whether was really there all day and if the surveillance tapes were provided to TBI, the fact that law enforcement has never followed up to question him again, and other locals who know Andy personally speaking about his character. It was really a collection of information gathered over time.

I feel Andy is innocent but as far as the ex I truly feel she knows what happened. I feel there was motive in this case. The property being the main reason.

Ryan, do any of your followers no anyone who has a cadaver dog? Maybe they would schedule a time to go with you? Just a thought. My niece in Wisconsin has 2 search and rescue dogs, She stays in touch with most of the other people who took the classes when she did, with their dogs. They travel alot to get their dogs trained and certified recertified and they pay for it all themselves. They do that just in case some day there dog might help find somebody's loved one. It's all from the heart.❤

Summer lived in a very beautiful area. Wish her life could have reflected all that beauty around her. She certainly loved everything beautiful everything of God. She deserved a really good home and really good parents. It’s sad what we are learning children are going through after its too late. 2 current cases in Tennessee I’m praying for are Sebastian Rodgers & Riley Strain. They both had good homes and yet I believe both were trafficked. One by having his drink spiked and one by an online predator. Please pray for them when you pray for Summer. Thank you, LA

wow my English eyes were drinking in all of this, so much History there, the trinkets you found, the beautiful land, and my imagination was running with Andy's description of the hay field and him running around there as a child, it was very accommodating of him to allow you all up there to search, but there was much to search through too, good job all round and thankyou for sharing.
All that was done they had dogs and searched the property TBI even brought ground scanners and went over the property she is not on Don and Candus property

I was born and raised here in Hawkins County just 10 minutes away from Beech Creek and I'm so sick of these people saying "Search the Wells's property." It's like they think we're all a bunch of hillbilly backward asses around here, and that we have no common sense. Of course that's the first place LE searched!

You can judge them when they don’t learn from past mistakes and continue to raise hell and get drunk and high and when they’ve lost 5 children each and have one missing and there’s zero change in behavior hard not to judge and they won’t allow anyone to search their property again.,

Wow that’s a lot of land to search. I wish LE would have continued to let equasearch look for summer with their special drones can cover a lot of land. Poor Summer can be lost anywhere.

@@ryanfindstruthA while back in Summer's case the YT creator Don B (Sweet tea with Don B) managed to speak with Jackie Dobbs. He may be able to request permission off him to search there for you. The guy seemed pretty genuine too. He was in very poor health and it's pretty sad that he was run off his property and doesnt feel able or willing to return. He lost most if not all of his retirement money on it. The timing of him being forced off, the night previous, is pretty suspicious too, on them not him! Please ask Don B if he can ask him. JD was blasted under public scrutiny very early on but Don B treated him with respect and integrity so was the only one who managed to gain his trust for an interview.
