The cheapest land is invariably rural agricultural land that you can camp on. You can buy a small block for under $40000, but not be able to build on it.

If you want my free advice, Have a map with the lengths of your distances traveled and a map of where to make it locatable for others. When I wanted to make videos I thought about trying a particular pie in every bakery I cross, Perhaps you could do the same with t bones, chicken parmys or any other chosen iconic favorite of Aussies?
