I couldn't stand the Aiden character and still can't stand him. He's a whiney character. A man doesn't define a woman. Carrie deserves better. Miranda is a biatch and Charlotte is Charlotte, the only truthful honest one, besides Samantha.

I was not a fan of the original characters; they were constantly chasing men. But at least they were consistent in their individual characteristics, personalities etc. The writers really did these characters dirty for the new season though. Nothing makes any sense. They are like totally different people. And are aiden and Carrie on a five-year break? What the hell is that all about?
This is just a suggestion, but have you considered not only not watching it on TV, but also NOT getting out your little iPhone, typing the show into RU-vid, scrolling through the videos, watching them, then commenting on them…, thus bringing more of the show you so immensely dislike into your otherwise fulfilled and positive existence? It works for me and football. Give it a go….
@@Me-hs4jj I don’t watch the show on my little IPhone. Large flat screens only. I adore SJP and I loved all the characters and the WRITING on Sex and The City decades ago. And like I said, I AM SOOO DISAPPOINTED in THIS show because I expected at least the same standards that were in the original. I held off and binged the second season when it was almost over because if I d it didn’t binge, I wouldn’t have been interested enough to tune in week to week. Some of this writing is really dumb. I bet SJP argued with the writers about at least SOME of the nonsense…
@@BoneHead-bi9rv Despite 98% of people hating it, I really enjoyed it. It was different to the original but I like it for what it is and enjoy seeing the sights and fashions of NY in today’s era. As for all the woke stuff, yeah, I do dig my toes into the back of my feet on occasions whilst watching it, but the acting is so good (particularly with the despised Che character, who despite all the hatred, still plays the part incredibly well and is a remarkable actress, or ‘them-tress’ or whatever). But I can’t fathom out why people exercise such passionate hatred against it yet continue to watch it and comment on it.

I bet they went home thoroughly mortified at the table reads, most times. And THIS is the final result after possible bargaining and begging for rewrites? Maybe Kim Cattrell made the correct decision not to return (accept for that ‘cameo’.
