Rules:
Can only sign 3 players per transfer window
Cannot sign anyone higher than the highest rated player at the start of the season (68)
Only one youth scout this season for League 2
Can only scout players from British countries (Wales, England, Scotland)
Can sign as many free agents as needed
Decided to scrap the championship sell deal as I won't enjoy the series as much, so ignore me when I say it
