It's Netherkin, not vampires. The dagger the assassin held had some crap on it to turn Stella into Netherkin, causing her to basically go feral till she regained her humanity.

So the reason why the dragon tamer wasn't dead was explained slightly in the full movie version that was 1 video together, they added extra cut scenes that explained some of the plot wholes, really helpful, but you may have to rewatch some of the new cutscenes just so not to miss out on that 1 dialogue that explains his survival

i agree with you that season 1 seems a lot more better because its more to rain as the main character but yeah they had a story line to do and rain cant just be the center of every music video (just like how kudo shinichi from detective conan being the mc but doesnt always appeared on the anime lmao) and yeah its true the animation is improving especially ever since after the witch (stella) and the dragon tamer (rain) went on journey. (and sorry for spam lol)

At the last song you hear in this video, the mage girl isn’t a vampire, she’s actually a demon. Plus at the part when he’s carrying her on the snowy mountain and falls off, their actually making a demon slayer reference for those who know the demon slayer anime. Lol

I know you already know she isn't a vampire since I saw the remake before this, but just to clear it up, she becomes Nether Kin, and the blades are called Karambits and they are a type of knife mainly known for being easily swung around the hook and having a curve around the whole blade

Before the video there was an other epilogue where the Dreadlord and the ,,dragon tamer" met. The Dreadlord told to dragon tamer that he (dragon tamer) ,,slained not just the pig king but also the nether princess". The Dreadlord also told that the dragon tamer will turn into an undead and gave him the chance to become the nether prince. The dragon tamer said that he tired of the war and he will not be like the nether princess and he just want to go home

the reason why u r confuse bout rain a.k.a the dragon tamer is still alive after he fight with the nether princess is because you didnt watch the complication created by rainimator himself . he added some plot which u missed . the skeleton in purple hoodie saved rain's life and offer him to be his slave (?) but rain refused and ran awayed from him . and yeah then the blue hair girl found and saved him

i know im completely late but, rain survived due to him being part zombie, and as said in the song "Wither Heart" Rain gains the wither curse from The nether princess's staff(The rose thorn i believe its called) gave him the wither curse when he was "killed" and it was cured by Stella (the witch) in Wither Heart.

Ye it was originally used by the end matriarch the head of the ender watchers and the queen of the end and is currently used by rain the dragon tamer and the last living ender watcher after the death of zeginirn in wishing dead and the execution of the end matriarch in cpld as ice remake thing and the death of the enderman king in the ender wish by a fire ball I think

Season 2 isn’t bad or underwhelming, it’s just slower pace to flesh out more of the world before the story really kicks in, which you see in Season 3 so far. Season 2 isn’t as great, but is still great

Oh yeah theres also on emore thing I think you may have got wrong, Neaus the skeleton general with the purple cape sacrificed the Nether Princess to get the Nether Star that she absorbed and then absorbed it into himself, because apparently no one knew what kind of ties he had with the nether princess

Ya know that scene of Stella transforming into a demon is very reminiscent of another demon transformation scene from ANOTHER popular animated series *wink wink*
