Mrs Jenna I fell sorry for you. Sorry you kids don't help you around then house. Me and my brother always had too help mom. We both know how to do house work. Rewearing shirts and jeans are legal, it's underwear and socks you can't rewear. What kind of weirdo drinks in the shower lol.
OMG Jenna and Mike (Mrs and Mr Dirt Perfect) you are priceless and your marriage is 'Perfect(ly) normal'. Marriage is the best experience to live. Keep loving each other. Marriage counsellor learnt a lot and the mediator managed as best as he was permitted. Great podcast.
Loved the interaction between you both, a typical marriage that has its ups and downs. But I have to say Mrs DP does work full time along with being a good momma bear! DP also works very hard to support the family and finds time to spend with his children in different ways. You are both great parents and partners in life! On the washing machine, buy 2 of them. One for his oily clothes and one for non-oily clothes. Only question is, "Who is going to do his laundry"!!! 🤣🤣🤣🤣
I am forcing my wife to listen to this. This is hysterical! It’s our marriage to a tee!!! We met in 04, married in 06, I own my own business she works for the insurance, she takes care of 100% of everything in our life and I work and run my business and am never home. I never laughed so hard listening to all this. It was like looking in a mirror! 🤣🤣🤣🤣. Fantastic

I can't believe I have not watched one of these podcasts but you can be sure I will be watching more of them. You guys are definitely my kind of people and definitely the same age group. Me and my wife had the same positions as you and dirt perfect but there was one understanding she did my laundry picked up after me and cleaned up after me and I brought home the money and she worked and kept insurance similar but she gave me a month to fix the project And within that month I did not fix the project I was buying or there was bought a brand new appliance regardless of what it was she went to the store she picked it out and she had it delivered at my cost so I either did what I said I was going to do or I ended up paying for brand new and only had a month to do with it
When Mike is working, he should have an industrial washing machine and dryer, in the house a perfectly normal washing machine, it is what my wife insisted on, with my work clothes always went to the laundry for washing and came back folded and clean and the washing machine worked fine until we just used the one at home and it died real quick.
Loved this one. It’s amazing the similarities that Mike and I have and Christina and Jenna is so crazy to me. You probably could have got this same podcast interviewing her and I.
Mike doing his own laundry seems like such a small investment for a well managed time professional and such a gain in Jenna appreciation. Seems obvious as a thing to do. Sooner the better.
Lol ! What a great episode! And every one has chors@ mine was loading the fire wood box in the house and splitting kindling! So yeah the kids having them I can see. My mom's chores was to roll up smoke for hers as a kid!.
And oh yeah for Mrs dp I do agree with her having at least a wash machine out in the shop for dp's work clothes! Or wash them bye them self cause it well or can rowan the other cloathes
Never a good comment for either spouse to say "I do everything"....simply because this is never completely true. Either way - very important you find a balance and forget about keeping score - with either spouse keeping score it is just a matter of time before the marriage is over - mine was similar to how yours appears and mine ended after 27 years....she simply got in the car and left.

Jenna and Mike are just awesome together! I agree with you MIke, as far as youtube is documenting your life and your business. I watch a guy in upstated New Yoprk, named Jesse Muller, and he has a constrictuion business that he owns, but during the past almost to yrs has been single handly building his own ICF home, on 20 acres of property, and he is raising two young sons, that are also in a lot of the videos, helping Dad with the house building, and it is memories they will have as they get older. seeing your kids every now and then is also great. I agree with you Mike, as far as those with nothing but negitive comments., and how to deal with them, and how to teach your kids to it as well.

At first I was a little upset about airing your laundry in public. 51 minutes into the video realized that you all were having a good time doing the video!!! Loved the comment (I have a dad). Maybe you can laugh at these comments I have heard over the years. I ain't your maid, I didn't take you to raise, you ain't the boss of me, are that's woman's work and so on! I can tell you love each other. So don't let anything intrude ( utube) between you two. So hire a maid for a little while! I so hope this was for utube and not true

Easist way to get out of doing laundry is volunteer to do laundry then take her favorite pants and shrink them. I did that 15 years ago and haven't had to do laundry since. I still volunteer to do it but she won't let me. 😊
On the groceries list .take a pic of the list each time it goes n you'll always have it with you.i always tell my wife if she would just listen to me she would find out I'm always right.
Dutch band De Dijk sang a song called “A man only knows what he misses, until she is not around any more” Off course it rimes in Dutch. Being very ill this year, I am lucky to find that out before that happened. We had our 10 year anniversery last friday. Mrs. JENNA I agree with you I'm a 71 yr old man and I can take care of everything in the house and outside the house. Every man should walk in a woman's shoes to see what it takes to keep everything done in a household. I've been married for 41 years and I've always helped with all housework and worked 16 hours a day running heavy equipment. I agree with the live together to get to know the other person. Both of my sons lived with their girlfriends 6 years before they were married.

As far as watching people work on RU-vid, I watch it for the entertainment value but I also watch it for the learning aspect. See how others do things differently and learn from that or modify it to work for what I’m doing. So it’s educational and entertaining at the same time. You do a great job at explaining why you do the things you do. Then you go down the rabbit hole, start watching other channels like c&c, captain and so on and learn from them. So with that said keep up the great videos and content.

It's pretty normal marriage life. I use to do a lot in the house and I was the stay at home dad. I raised my last two kids. Until they got older because they are girls.

It really is perfectly normal for marriage, however the male should help with some of the time just for brownie points, I will say don't be surprised when they turn out just like you, I was so glad when my kids turned out different and surprise, surprise my 8 grandkids are just like my 3 kids, and have been married 40 years and together 41 and a half, and we are still surprisingly still together, and sound just like you two, Jenna my wife sounded a lot like you, and when we are in public or at the shops people just find us funny as all heck.

fyi thing here. I was married for 32 yrs, i'm now retired, and i will be 70 yrs old on my next B-day. My wife passed away three years ago. (yep im sorry too.) she was pepper I was salt.. now there are times when I'm just lost. will i find another? like her at my age? i think the odds are slim. just saying.. have fun, be well and thanks for sharing ! My wife does no house work. It drives me insane. I do it, if it gets done at all. I do laundry, I cook. That was all done in my youth. I am old and disabled now. She is the same now. I just can't do the work.
