This series was only to be 3 seasons based on building the palace and empire. I wish they would renew contract and continue with the rest of the years and the end of the monarchy.
I recently discovered the series!It’s amazing,love it!!! The costumes,the talented actors,the action,Versailles itself which is breathtaking.I read a lot about Philippe,Liselotte,the Kings who reign France in 16 and 17 century.This series are food for my soul👑💜Of course,Philippe is my favourite.And Chevalier So funny!
I ❤ the series, the costumes are phenomenal. I found the series early 2019 and I've already watched it 3 times, back to back, what can I say..i just cant get enough of Versailles. I wish there was more..I especially love Philippe. 👍GREAT JOB EVERYONE 👍

Ginger-snap seriously?!!! After finishing the first season, I was scared that a lot of people might not have watched it and they wouldn’t do a second season. Then they did and I watched it within two days. Now a season 3? I feel blessed.
Omg they both truly played the part both of these 2 actors are so adorable with a shining light that shines outside of their being. When the episode finished I was lost and came back to reality. Versailles will be in my heart as well as the characters

OMG! I love, love, love this series. I've bing watched each season...just can't do anything else but watch, watch, watch. I can't wait for the next season!
Most often, male actors do have to keep their hair in short styles so they can be more suited for contemporary roles they might be offered. A short-haired man can wear a long wig and look convincing, but not the other way around. Even when their full-time gig calls for long hair, it takes YEARS to get it from your scalp to your chest, and by the time they grow it that long (if their gig isn’t already over!), likely their natural hair will look too different from the wig they’ve been fitting them with for so many seasons. (In fact, George was specifically told not to try and grow it because his natural hair is too thick and textured.) So no.. sadly it’s just not practical for male actors who want to be good for a wide variety of roles. 😕 ...Which is a shame, because I think all men look better with long hair.

Peacefully Social Justice When I watched season 1 originally, it was Philippe that I was drawn to and interested in. The tenuous relationship between the brothers was very well done.

I was at Versailles that very week (actually in vacation for 3 weeks in Paris). I wish I could of seen them but that would of been too good to be true. Eager to see season 3. Love it !!
