I've concluded "My Perspective" Tier List for Necromaner and do some adjustment base on Season Theme 31. (The Tweakseem good Damage but sometimes consume the Toughness.

Better bone spear for GR speed but not great for bounty. If u play for exp, I suggest u do znec pestilence as support to gain exp in group. That's what I will do except I go as SSF solo self found.

On the rathma AotD the nayr scythe gives you 100% of damage per skill not 100% with all the 4 skills Pd:nevermind u said it right, but it should be better than the CoE

Sorry for misunderstood for my language. I meant the same way as yours. 4 poison skills for 400% increment.

Base on Damage number yes. But Trag Oul kill boss slow need a Pylon the best power pylon and more RNG I involved. Bone Spear should be easier for casual.

I'm not a meta guy. From my perspective, zbarb and zdh for sure then may be Bone Spear Masquerade as Trash Killer and Rathma as RGK. Other class probably Lod Starpact can give a go.

Y, kinda agree bout meta, but im just sneaky, i just like to rush some meta for 3-4 k para lvls fast, cause then easier to clear solo 150s solo w the para😅

With Enmity in Season, I personally don't see the need of the best speedy build as I play solo and do Bounties just for gears purpose only which kinda little compare to without Enmity. Anyway, I believe t16 not change much like inna monk, God dh & Crusader FotH still rule.
