When lena forgave kara..she started calling her kara..but before that she used to call her supergirl..i always knew that lena was mad at kara because she believed supergirl played kara to fool her..but slowly she understood that she had known the real kara the whole time..supergirl was just a part she played to save the world..
Lena needed to fill herself with hate just to do anything against Kara. Each time she did something against her, Katy did an incredible job at showing the dual emotions battling within her. In my mind the only reason she snapped out of it was because she realized Kara was in danger with Lex working with Leviathan. The moment Kara was no longer safe, Lena turned on a switch in her brain. She would never knowingly hurt Kara. Up until that point she truly thought she was the hero helping everyone. But Kara being in danger has always been her trigger.
You know the writers have stolen element from daytime soap opera from all My children and guiding light I recognize too much similarities there especially the couch scene all my children were the first soap opera to bring in a lesbian storyline now all of this predates guiding light which did it back in the early 2009 or 10 in the final years of The guiding light long-running Street they brought in a lesbian storyline#otalia Lena an kara bam amc Maggie and Bianca oh yeah they stole material from those shows

I recently watched Supergirl for the first time and during the early seasons they put emphasis on them being so close as friends, and how important Lena is to Kara but, unfortunately there weren't many scenes between them as much as there is between Kara and her other friends. Not to mention, I had to go through the torture of seeing Kara x Mon-el and Lena x James scenes. I cannot comprehend why they put SO emphasis on their relationship, and Sam with Lena when there are so little scenes between them? Although thanks to the actors those scenes were intense. What I can't get it that Lena has such a big role in both Kara and Supergirl's life but why are so less scenes as compared to the romantic het scenes that won't last in the long run?
