How ironic the moonkin spec is called "balance". No way im coming back as a hunter to get facerolled by spriests and boomkins even harder with shield spam and starfall. Talk about unbalanced.
I really hope the whole Mage class isn't dependent on frostfire bolt anymore. It made the entire class no matter what's back. Have to use that one spell, and it's boring. Please make hot streak fire made viable
Everything seems very OP. I really don’t know what to do against priests in PVP with endless shields…he just shields up every few seconds and you die again from dots
Don't forget all the nerfs warriors got, you are happy about the new runes but did you check the old ones? They are fully gutted and have less buttons to press than now.
so warlock is useless for 2 phases then, i was waiting to see if the add some rune that does something about the fire immunities of MC and BWL. I guess its back to affli or SB spam till next year. Sadge
That is not every new rune though, some classes are having some of the existing runes made baseline and get new runes in place, for example melee hunters are getting wyvern strike if wyvern sting is talented.
man i was really hoping that they would let affliction be on top this phase.. destro wins again i guess. shit game all i was hoping for in sod was one phase where affliction would shine. but i guess without haste and good runes that'll never happen.
9s Trap CDs on Hunters kinda interesting. Trap -> 2x Chimera -> Trap -> 2x Aimed. Putting that out every 9s is going to go absolutely ham. Melee Hunter not eating. Move speed buff needs to be upwards of 40% to be able to ranged weave with Lone Wolf and Chimera Shot.
@stagnacja1 Sadly it's going to be the way to play hunter this phase, and it might just be THE dps spec due to how botched a lot of other specs got. What other classes are eating with 100% weapon damage hits almost every GCD after patch? (Explosove hits for about 1,000-1,200 w/ scaling)
Absolutely nothing for BM build. Nothing to boost pet damage and trap launcher is basically a must have in every build. Complete joke these Devs have Absolutely not clue.
@@Kaghoegaming Well, we all know SO much is still going to change, so I'm speaking way too early probably. But yeah, our dps so far is really lacklustre compared to things like ele shaman, feral druids, etc. And nothing works. It's completely buggy. You can't summon pets at will. Aspect of the Lion disappears randomly. Chimera shot doesn't refresh Wyvern Strike. It's a mess. I will admit the range weaving Wyvern Strike build is super fun. But I haven't been able to push it past 800-850 dps yet. It's really undertuned.
Melee is gonna be no-go without a lot of tuning. Glock and Load is going to be nutty, but that's not a lot of players' cups of tea. L&L Ranged gets a 9s loop of 2x Chimera, 2x Aimed (Multi if not 5 stacks) and a 1k damage explosive trap. That is way stronger than what a lot of other classes are doing phase 4.
You say runes but it's rune no weapon runes just a cloak rune and trash ring runes and nerds across the board you must be a casual dude to say we got what we want
50% AP scaling for traps is a lot better than you think. You get access to both Lion and Lone Wolf at the same time. 9s traps allows for a high scaling rotation with 2x Chimera, 2x Aimed. Not exciting, but powerful.. melee is dogwater on PTR tho
@@JFarenciI don't like the fact that the build focuses on traps that we had to spam. I played melee, I wanted to be ranged now, but I think I'll stay melee until the end of SoD .
What is this dog shit for warriors? I was on the fence already about playing p4 but looks like this next guild ST of the phase will be it. Likely just unsubbing to the game at this point.
Leap, heroic throw or shattering throw, bladestorm (you mentioned this) more mobility, sudden death is good but a mini charge attached to it or shield bash/shield slam would've been great
They got death grip added as a baseline talent. Skilled warriors will still top the meters. See a lot of people acting like warrior scaling isn't real and that they should get to do twice as kuch damage as the other classes.
@brandonwilson4740 who the hell mentioned warrior damage? One of the biggest focus of SOD has been pvp there's literally massive world events built around it and "warrior scaling" isn't going to fix the fact they are literally D tier in pvp compared to other classes.
Like when boomkins cast 3 spells and then go oom? They better spread those 3 spells out over the course of the fight amirite. Its a seasonal server. Quit crying. Play it or don't
