Quick tip for everyone, the gift of Arthas debuff is actually quite significant. It adds 25dps for each melee class, more than that if you’re a class that hits fast like rogue, hunter or fury warr. Grab some of these for your tank, it’s only 1-2g a piece.

Greater Firepower Elixir can't drop this phase sadly. I have mats stocked for p3 start, went and farmed almost 500 mobs and seen others state same thing it's not dropping sadly.
You can easily 2 man tyrs hand. Especially if you bring a rogue for control/interrupts. I went on my hunter (as melee) and a rogue from my guild the other day and we farmed it quite efficiently. Even taking down the duos of level 55 scarlet clerics, which are the hardest of the 3 mob types in the bottom area.
