Season1| Episode2 | Sea swim (ish) at Porthminster beach 

Due to winds and weather, the surf has either been kak (very bad in South African slang) or non-existent. Plus I hurt my shoulder and decided a #coldwater #sea #swim was just what I needed.
Porthminster is a beach in St Ives, Cornwall England and is great for swimming most of the year as it's pretty sheltered from a lot of weather.
