Ofcourse it would work, same engine, depends what blow off valve you get really, some are louder than others, some make different blow off tones an sounds

While this sounds cool, y'all shouldn't consider doing this on your Cupras (and other VAG Engines). They have a mass airflow sensor which counts every gram of air in the induction system. The blowing off of said air will result in the engine running rough, throwing check engine lights and generally misbehaving because of misfires and false fuel cut percentages. DON'T DO THIS.
Sorry but bullshit, you don`t know what are you talking about. I don`t know about the smaller tsi engines but 1.8TSI and 2.0TSI don`t have a MAF (mass air flow) sensor, only MAP. So it doesn`t matter if you have a bov. The car may be slightly less responsive (unnoticable) that`s all. Edit: Newer TSI (EA888 Gen 3) like Golf MK7 GTI or R don't have a MAF like the old ones have, S3 8P for example.
