SEATED KETTLEBELL UPPER BODY WORKOUT | FOLLOW ALONG | FOR LIMITED MOBILITY
Here's an intense upper body seated kettlebell workout for anyone with limited mobility, workout through a lower body injury or just for anyone who really wants to target the upper body with an intense kettlebell workout.
I decided to write this workout as I myself am currently recovering from quite a bad sprained ankle which I suffered whilst playing football. Hope you enjoy this, it's a really challenging workout so take extra rests if needed and make sure to drink plenty of water.
