SEATED KETTLEBELL UPPER BODY WORKOUT | FOLLOW ALONG | FOR LIMITED MOBILITY
Here's an intense upper body seated kettlebell workout for anyone with limited mobility, workout through a lower body injury or just for anyone who really wants to target the upper body with an intense kettlebell workout.
I decided to write this workout as I myself am currently recovering from quite a bad sprained ankle which I suffered whilst playing football. Hope you enjoy this, it's a really challenging workout so take extra rests if needed and make sure to drink plenty of water.

I really want to thank you for these seated workouts with dumbbells and kettlebells because you're literally saving my life. I am not exaggerating. After my beloved dad passed away, I got really unhealthy, I was diagnosed with blood pressure problems, and then I had a fall and hurt a nerve in my leg. My doctor told me to workout as part of my treatment for high blood pressure, but with my hurt leg I can't jog, run or hike for too long. I can only do physical therapy for my leg and that's very light exercise. I needed to workout for half an hour a day and I didn't know what to do until I found your workouts. And though I use lighter weights for your seated workouts I've lost weight, improved my muscles and my blood pressure is under control. Thank you so much. ❤

This is awesome! I recently tore my left meniscus and I've been doing plenty of seated / stationary workouts along with my physio to continue to live an active lifestyle. Question, the kettlebell you're using in the video how much does it weigh?

Do seated workouts burn as much calories as when you stand up? This is the workout I’m most use to but if it doesn’t burn as much then would you suggest doing the same workout twice?

Absolutely! Just hold the dumbbell at the edges. You’ll get just as much of a benefit as using a kettlebell 💪👊

Absolutely! These workouts will burn calories and as long as you burn more calories than you eat then you will lose weight. Another benefit is that these workouts will build muscle mass and muscles are metabolically efficient and support weight loss by burning more calories at rest.
