This is a Seattle airport arrival. We arrived on Alaska Airlines from Vancouver. This arrival into Seattle airport was in December 2022. The airport is known as SEATAC which is short for Seattle Tacoma Airport. SEA.

It's not a real international arrival, as you're pre-cleared in Canada and don't have to go through the international arrival procedures in Seattle.

This wasn't an "international" arrival - you pre-cleared in Vancouver, so you missed the experience of the new IAF.

Well u arrive as a domestic passenger since I cleared immigration in Canada so your bags u checked goes all the way to your final destination

Reminds me of Dulles- many escalators- up one, then down for miles, up and down. Then ride the train - then more up and down.

You arrived from VANCOUVER? I'm assuming ya precleared in Vancouver since you didn't get shunned to the customs folks and arrived as if you were domestic?

Except that you arrive as a domestic flight solely within the US does as you go through US customs and immigration in Vancouver before you even take off.

Short flight small plane don't get a real gate small flights get either c2 or c9 looks like he got c2

Seattle doesn’t have enough gates to accommodate so they have to park outside

The C Gates were being upgraded, that’s why the small planes deplaned outside. I fly Alaska almost exclusively, since 1970, and I have never been on one of their planes without a functioning bathroom. So I’m guessing that there was either an unexpected issue or the flight is si short, forty five minutes that they don’t make them available. Additionally the N gates, which are exclusively Alaska, was just finishing their major remodel and expansion. There’s a restaurant now, right next to his departure gate, N9. I just flew out of that gate two months ago.
