He could sue her lol, she is on video vandalizing his car. She doesn’t have a case because throwing a drink on someone does not have any real financial damage.
@@rossstrickland1722 You mean like how he vandalized her shop. Suppose the window was open and the coffee was hot. Would you be having that same argument? Was she suppose to let him throw coffee on her shop? Were you there to help clean up the mess he made? Clearly you never worked in fast food and dealt with people like this before.
@@rossstrickland1722What if it was a hot coffee? @@D-Rockk No. The drink did hit her watch again. Also it's still 4th degree assault in Washington State. If she was "scared" and confident that he "wasn't going to take it any further" she should have let the situation be over instead of seeking and getting revenge by causing property damage. While it was totally immature of dude to throw the contents of his cup at the window, which was clearly closed, it wasn't criminal since you can't assault a window and it's highly unlikely that the contents of the cup damaged the window. I could care less what her so called "profession" is or that she seems like a genuinely trashy and unintelligent person. She committed a crime there and doesn't deserve praise for it; she deserves to be charged with criminal mischief, fined and ordered to pay restitution for the windshield.
