Hey Brodie, I live in Seattle and I'm a huge ultimate fan and avid player. I play for a league called DiscNW, which is based in Seattle. I'm 13 and go to a school called Pinehurst K-8 in Northgate. I was wondering how long you are gonna be in Seattle? Maybe you could come to my school, or one of our Ultimate games. That would be awesome!

It was a fun video we wanted to do since we're friends and I have a book coming out this week! Also I was hoping he'd teach me a thing or two about throwing a frisbee. Which he did, but as you can see I didn't do too well haha

I was walking to the soccer fields to play soccer, and these guys were just throwing a frisbee around. I walked to them, and they asked me if I wanted to play a game of ultimate frisbee. I said yes. They were really surprised that I was throwing forehands and hammers. They were also older than me. But anyway, thanks Brodie for getting me interested in ultimate and trick shots!

Bringing your parents beliefs in was very relevant since they raised you into it, and it is not offensive in any way at all... I am just a man who realized the obvious: That there is no god. Don't fool yourself saying that i am an idiot etc. Just because the truth hurts. The reason for mimics are that most of what you are saying fits to your personality and not mine. First of all age has nothing to do with it. (I'm 13 and i can debate better than both of you) second of all this is a fucking frisbee video and you are pissing around about riligion. And thirdly there is no definit proof that sicance or religion is right and both of these are argued alot and will prbs be agrued alot more in the future. Yeah... Perhaps stay out of this, you're just going to embarrass yourself. I think you are the one who needs to do some research, you obviously don't know what Christians believe towards how the origins of life came about, nor how long ago the land or beings were created. Since you are referring to Christianity, I'd just like to say you are confusing the Old Testament with the New Testament. If you haven't read the bible, you know nothing of Christianity and perhaps it should stay that way.

P.S. I just noticed what your original question is. I haven't read Jeff's book, but I have seen some of his videos and I believe what he means is that Christians in our world today have become too caught up in the human institution of church/religion, &in the process have lost sight of what it's REALLY about, which is Jesus. The point being: the "church"/"christians" have done a lot of bad things, but Jesus never has and never will and people do things in His name that He would never approve of.

How is there no proof he doesn't exist. If god was real and the bible was true, evolution did not exist. But it does, and it's right in front of you. Do you just choose to not look at it? or do you just not want to believe it because it will go against your beliefs? Either way I have never been able to show one christian the proof because they shun it out so fast. You know there is a guy offering half a million dollars if you can prove god. Nobody has been able to.

There is no "proof" either way. There is no proof that God does exist and there is no proof that He doesn't. Your belief stems from lack of scientific proof. A Christian's belief stems from having faith without need for proof, which seems crazy to someone who faces life with a scientific approach, I know. I don't have enough characters remaining to explain why I do believe :) but I can tell you concisely that belief in God and Science are not mutually exclusive - at least not to most people haha

You have been brainwashed to a belief and there is most likely nothing i can do to make your realize this. Often when someone don't want to believe that he is wrong, he get's ignorant to the truth and will keep denying whatever proof there is, until he is really ready to face the painful reality of being wrong the whole time. You may never become ready, and that is fine with me, i just find it funny and weird

Exactly, I always find it funny how so many people seem to think clicking subscribe was some kind of selfless gift to the channel creator, and in doing so some kind of contract was made where by they are due the content they expect, precisely when they expect it. No, you saw a couple videos you liked, and so made the logical conclusion that there *might* be future ones that you like as well, clicking subscribe was for yourself not Brodie. You don't have to like every video to make it worth it.

Having seen so many bs21 trickshot vids, there was nothing here that hasn't already been done bigger and better in other videos. Plus now knowing he's not only friends with that ridiculous rapping jesus freak, but he's that he's one himself, is unfortunate. I guess if one spends so much time practicing throwing frisbees there's little time to educate oneself about history. Also, Brodie's shirt is pretty lol-worthy: "Everything god created is good"... err, childhood leukemia? Radiation? Malaria?

Its about how a great percentage of the American church has gone away from what Jesus wanted Christians to do and gotten too bogged down in religious laws and stuff and what Jesus really wanted people to do was just follow him, and love others! Really good book, I highly recommend it, even if you aren't a Christian

Not to take away some of the magic but a lot of the trick shots he tries a shot multiple times with the target not there then sets up the target where most of his first discs landed. It didn't happen as much in this video since they were mostly close shots but in the long shots where he makes it in trash cans and whatnot...

How does evolution disprove the existence of God? Maybe God's creation of the world was done THROUGH evolution. The book of Genesis says 7 days, but who knows how long a single day is for God? Unless you think that the creation of evolution is beyond the abilities of an omnipotent, omniscient being :)

This isn't intended as an insult.... Brodie walks into an English pub, spots a great looking girl, gets chatting... Girl says "what do you do for a living?" Brodie replies"Frisbee throwing" girls replies.????????? IT could go either way man! If he pulls her she'll tell her mum , dad and mates... My boyfriend throws Frisbee for a living! Mental stuff!!!!
