Yeah- I’ve been to 2 games and the people there go CRAZY when we score. It is a very rare occasion, so I give my fellow Seattle fans some slack. We get pretty annoying sometimes!
From what I read in an earlier comment, that was only a recording of it. The real goal horn (which is from a retired WA State ferry; I forgot it's name) wasn't installed for the first couple of games at CPA, but it is now, and it's much louder!
@@fischybusinesss Hoping to get a ticket to see a game there this year and hear the goal horn for myself. Even on radio and TV it sounds pretty loud, but it's better to actually be there to experience it like you did.
One blow of that horn is criminal. That's a two to three pump horn, nothing less. Maybe they can provide safe spaces and crayons for all those triggered in the Seattle stands after that third blast.
These people at the arena are true, genuine Seattle hockey fans. Many of which were Thunderbirds fans. However, the Kraken "fans" you see online are usually bandwagons. The reason there was so many people at this game is because the hockey community in Washington and Oregon have been waiting for this for a long time.
