I live on a street that is quiet all night, except ,when we had a neighbor whith a loud annoying sounding car! Every night at 3am he would rev up his engine and drive all the way around to the far away end of the town then come back slowly, I could hear it the whole time! EVERY NIGHT!!! I agree 💯 with you. Covid messed up alot of kids. Including my own 15 year old daughter. She battles depression. Better now that she's in high school and made real friends.
