I just want to give much respect to Seattle's #21 Devon Witherspoon, for that clutch block on the scoop and score that allowed #58 Hall to run the ball in for a touchdown.
The NFL needs to add a 2nd bye imo. If I was the players union that would be on the table. 3 games in 11 days or whatever that was is ridiculous considering the players say they feel like they got in serious car crash after every game.
They need to spend a training day going over middle school tackling lessons, because my god I've never seen so many pro football players bouncing off ballcarriers in my life. Very frustrating and imo the reason for the losses so far this year. Really need to step up the D
lol I’m not gonna lie. Since I knew there was no way the Falcons were gonna win even if they got a touchdown, I was low key hoping Penix would get a touchdown pass lol. Cheering him on all that time in Washington college I wanna see more of him.
@@shawnjones8227Secretly hoped Hawks would’ve moved up to grab Penix, but Byron Murphy can’t be ignored, and it’s still cool to see him out there. 16 out of 17 weeks I’m rooting for ATL
Minute 08:40 - 08:44 watch out for Devon Witherspoon ( Minute 08:42 ) running all across the field in order to block an O-lineman just enough to make that scoop and score possible! What a great effort from Witherspoon!
The Seahawks got extra rest with the Thursday game. They had some time to get healthy and this is what they do. Definitely needed Great job by the defense. Go Hawks
Geno doesn't get nearly enough respect. I've watched him since his freshmen year at WVU. He has a mental lapse here and there, but he makes elite throws. A little better oline, and he'd be very hard to stop.
I'm telling you the seahawks team is real. As long as we stay healthy and geno doesn't throw too many picks, we have a real shot of winning the NFC West
Don't let this game fool you just yet. The o line is still non existant. Geno still runs for his life and the defense is still adjusting to the new scheme.
Can we talk about Spoon's speed on the Fumble recovery? He started from our 40-35 and made it to the play WITH A QUICKNESS. He really trying to show he not about to get outdone by Love during his Pick6 last year vs the Giants
bro we just have to leave the NFC South and the Falcons would return... the 3-game win streak was a fluke in the division due to the entire division being weak asf
Seeing this W in person with my dad was an absolute blast! Didn't expect anything crazy, but it definitely turned into an amazing game nonetheless! So happy we got the W! #GoHawks
Way to go, Sea Hawks!!! Great game, some spectacular throws and catches, great field goals, and a defense that was on fire. This is how football should be played!! Love it!! ❤ 🇨🇦
I’m so excited for you Falcons fans to see Michael Penix in hopefully the not too distant future. You don’t even know the glory you’re in store for. I’ll be honest even though I’m a Seahawks fan, the Huskies fan in me wouldn’t have minded seeing Penix throw a couple TDs. Good game
I just came here to give props to #21 of the Seahawks. Mans legit got in the way of a much bigger man to help his team mate get a TD. Beautiful. Beautiful.
As a bucs fan I'm happy about this. But we got the ravens tomorrow night. So we gotta tough game. But Baker can do it. He's been playing awesome. Go Bucs!!!
Real proud of what Seattle has accomplished. They were faced with questions on whether or not they were still the same successful team; and everybody who doubted it, now looks foolish. The Jaxson Smith Njigba throw to D.K. was also so terrific. If Seahawks need an emergency quarterback I now know who is throwing passes for them. That rocket🚀 launcher throw 🏈from Jaxson is the best highlight reel of the week. Anytime someone throws the ball with gloves 🧤 on and finishes the play off with a completion its just amazing. Overall Metcalf's catch against the Falcons also tops that list. His size, height, and strength makes him a top three receiver in league with every high flying catch made. I know Bijan had a great run game along with plays from Allgier but the truth is there was nothing from this performance Seattle struggled with at all. The missed tackles on Seattle did not break them apart. If your looking for a complete performance watch the Seahawks. And Myers kicking one from 59 yards away and making it is incredible. Most of all, Tyler Lockett catching from Geno in tight coverages is the most impressive thing seen. Falcons secondary didn't really give up a whole lot of space but still allowed key plays to happen for Seattle. A strip sack by Boye Mafe, Derrick Hall fumble recovery, Love pick and Coby Bryant interception are a lot of game changing plays for one entire road game. Way to go Mike McDonald. Seattle coaching staff deserves huge props.
Walker scores a touchdown and looked like he wanted help getting up...props to him if he wasn't feeling good...we have all had days like that...drink fluids and have some chicken noodle soup...you deserve it!
yeah he played great, granted falcons passrush isnt that good but still. cant believe we hadnt seen this guy until now considering our RT play this season
@@spooderx Grady Jarrett used to be a dominant pass rusher. And the fact he held up decent with him and hardly got beat by anyone else. Id say that is a good sign. We shall see how he plays against the bills pass rush. But today looked promising
I loved the subtle change of direction by DK on the 31-yard TD. If he can alter his routes without slowing down, he's so very dangerous because he's using every ounce of his strength, size and speed to his advantage.
That Geno Smith pass to DK Metcalf with 8 seconds on the clock in the 2nd qtr, into triple coverage was superb. That man Geno must have a special cup made just to lug around his enormous balls!! That was a gutsy play and prefect execution.
6:50 I saw the Play and I'm like "Number 8 DROP BACK DROP BACK DROP BACK" Because that DB isn't going to be able to stay with that receiver without help
I think the most surprising thing was the ability of the Falcons line to run the football just didn't seem to open things up in the passing game especially the second half. Like when this offense squares up and lets its backfield monsters get 1v1 opportunities they just dont go down without gobbling more yards. Kudos to Seattle, especially that new Jobe kid they had play in the secondary, who had a fight all day. You know when you're the new guy in the secondary they're gonna pick on you and he wanted to compete. Safety Coby Bryant and cornerbacks Josh Jobe and rookie Nehemiah Pritchett made their first starts for Seattle and were able to hold their own on Sunday. Gotta be happy for Coby especially, if anyone doesn't know that guys journey. He's been asked to gain weight lose weight gain it back and play 3 different positions while never getting a chance to start in Seattle I think till today. Thats wild man. Good for him.
Falcons are our football fans only chance to not watch another season which would end by Buccaneers divisional championship. Let’s hope they would win the NFC south championship.
It's Kirk's fault that Drake can't catch turns the ball over, is not a WR1, and the O line misses assignments for free shots at him. Define, not that good.
Kirk is fine lmao that o line god folded, and our defense got toasted. Typical dunce "fan" ready to complain about nothing huh? Blame the QB cuz no braincells.
I jumped out of my chair cheering when the Mafe missile took out Cousins and lead to a touchdown, absolutely beautiful. Also who knew JSN could throw the ball? What a game.
as a Saints fan, this made my day,......hell,,,it may have even made my whole season what a delight....thanks Seahawks...love you guys.....Falcons fans...this is kharma for coming to our forums and acting like yall have a good team...hahahahahahahahaha
Kenneth Walkers was the MVP of the game on his birthday. He had a single receiving TD and a single rushing TD, he had 2 receptions and 14 carries, 69 rushing yards and 24 receiving yards, 4.9 yards per carry and 12 yards per reception. He gave himself the best birthday present. Well Done & Happy Birthday.
