SEAWEED
I'm addicted to weed of a different kind. uh huh.
It's in da sea and ain't too hard to find. uh uh.
Dis be but a different kinda breed.
Ja mon. Oh yeah. It's called sea-weed.
You don't scratch it, you don't sniff it.
You consume it. Assimilate it
Gotta let your body work at it.
Cmon now, I know you'll like it.
Wave your arms around like da Seaweed
Wave your arms around like da Seaweed
Wave your arms around like da Seaweed
Wave your arms around like da Seaweed
To do dope ya.z gotta be a dope yourself.
Life's too precious to be put on da shelf.
Make sure ya'z life stays clean.
I got a better high, this here's what I mean.
You don't scratch it, you don't sniff it.
You consume it. Assimilate it
Gotta let your body work at it.
Cmon now, I know you'll like it.
Wave your arms around like da Seaweed
Wave your arms around like da Seaweed
Wave your arms around like da Seaweed
Wave your arms around like da Seaweed

Story behind this piece: One day I was really tired of listening to Gangsta Rap about weed. So I just had to write a piece about it. This was the solution!
Message to a friend: "I wrote this piece because I was so fed up of all the rap music about weed (marijuana/drugs). So instead of rapping about weed, I wrote a rap about seaweed. It's a fun parody. A word play SEAWEED W(rap)."

(for grabbing the lyrics out of my hands and started rapping and doing actions to the piece at a friend's party).
