Hello guys. I am new to inline skates and I need help. I am deciding what to buy. Decidind between 110mm models: RB twister edge, fr1 310 and NEXT 110... My priority is flow and transportation on bad surface ( we have a lot of bad surface in our town ) and later some small tricks for fun ( nothing pro just some basic jumps and slides) also I am adicted to speed hehe... I Tiago, I'm following you since a while! Since I like the style of your videos. Great to see that you have also adopted 3weels. 110mm was also my choice not to loose maneuverability (FR1 + Supersonic). I'm definitely happy with my set up and I am sure you will also have a lot of fun. Since I am not a single good skater as you I didn't notice any losses on ability to make turns and tricks. Did you? Let me know your thoughts in a further video. By the away Toturials are welcome as well as I would love to make some of the tricks you do. But please be aware, slow video is better for getting the points... Have fun in your new skates.
Hey Flávio! I am glad you like my work! it means a lot to me! :) the triskates! yes! well I felt a huge loss in manoeuverability compared to slalom rockered frames...but it s ok! I planned something else for these 3x3 frames :3 Speed Slalom and some freestyle stuff too :) The supersonic frame is very popular! most of you are asking for a tutorial :) I think i'll start with a "how to stop" tutorial then a ..."tips to improve at inline skating" then a "cool tricks for begginers" and then some advanced tutorials... :) and yes, i'll slow things down and explain things so you can all see/understand the techniques! :) but before the tutorials, I'll have 1 or 2 videos to post :) like a flow in San Francisco! :) Thanks for commenting :)
How comfortable are they?? Are they good for long distance skating? I just love old Sebas leather look skates than a pure plastic shell, looks more like a toy
How do the FR1 skates compare to your High Lights? I currently have the FRX model and really like them, and have been considering which direction I want to go for my next pair. Too many choices! The High Lights seem like a higher quality boot than the FR1. I had a chance to skate with some old Seba Igor skates my slalom teacher let me borrow and I would love to get myself a pair! The price is a little extreme for me at the moment, though XD
Any clue how to convert my 2015 seba fr1 80 to 3 wheel skate? Since seba claim 310 frame is not compatible with 2015 and older versions of fr series.. The struggle is real.
with 3 wheels like that, the more you use em the more maneuverable they will get, itll get to rocker style as the wheels wear down. It's fun to ride with the worn wheels but they get expensive so so.etimes you wanna rotate em and go back to no rocker and wear em back down to what you like, your wheels will last longer.
thank you! well, they are good for fitness skating, but you are very limited with them. I mean, you can't change the frames in the case you want to try other frames, like, triskate frames for example...and you can't really ajust those skates to your skaying style...( like adjusting the position of the cuff, frame, and other parts...) A friend gave me so K2 skates similar to those you mentioned, and these were the things I noticed. I recommend you to chose skates with removeable and replaceable parts. If you want good fitness skates, there's the Seba GT line , Powerslide Swell line...those are my 2 favorite brands, they make very high quality skates.

Why do you try the 3 wheels skate? Pls make more tutorial, i'm just started skating. The left leg ballance is terrible, my ankle is move to inside edge to outside. Any tips? Thanks.
Because this is something "new" and wanted to try! :) tutorial? okay :) ow :o so you have trouble staying on 1 leg? is the ballance good in the other leg?
Bert, a good exercise to warm up and increase stability is some nice controlled lunges as you skate slowly forward. Just a few on each leg before you skate, and you'll also be warmed up and flexible for your skate.
hummm no, FR1 is for freeride, it has to be a tough skate to suport all those tricks and agressive skating, but if you want something more for fitness, there's de GT line from Seba. I'd love to try the Kaze and it's new mounting system btw!
Im thinking in buying the Swell and the 110 supersonic. But i dont know if the Swell is going to mantain fit my toe. I like the kaze and in September there is a 110 3 version, but not having a regular frame... I dont know what to do. My style is very fitness but with some jumps sometimes. Mostly all in the road. 12 km by average. I have the FR1 2012, but i feel like too tough for me.
+iriorton I think they will; they seem to be narrower than most fitness skates. The Kaze is a freeskate ( But I wish it had replaceable abrassive pads in the corners) so if you want to ride and do jumps, I'd recomend you to choose the Kaze :)
+Tiago Inline Skater i do jumps but not frecuently, i simply like to skate, skate very well so i need some precision. Also i do routes and i have some high velocity, about 15 kmh of average. So... i cant find a good pair of skates yet...
what's your opinion ? i never had a 310 , always used 80 for the last 3 years , what do you think ? it's worth having a pair of these ? i want the red version ofc!
Ha, I've been checking that out, my choice is between the Seba FR1 310 and the Kaze Trinity Supercruiser. The Seba boot I already know, as I have the 2016 FR1 80 boot which is the exact same boot and liner, and fits me perfectly. The Kaze however is a much softer boot and I hear from people they have issues with the buckles either not tightening far enough, or once tightened not releasing, and the heel not being locked in enough. Review: www.online-skating.com/articles-4082-testing-powerslide-s-kaze-freeride-skates.html The Kaze does of course benefit from the Trinity frame, which is a huge plus, and the reason I considered buying it at all. For me though, to get the real benefit of the Trinity frame, it should be coupled with a harder boot, like the Powerslide Tau, but that is a bit out of my price range. Or rather, not really, but I don't fancy justifying yet another pretty big skating expense to my girlfriend haha.. So I'm gonna go with the tried and tested FR1 solid boot that I know fits really well and is responsive. If it took a trinity frame, it would be perfect, but I can't have it all. By the way, in no way is Powerslide better than Seba. Both have their strengths.
I heard Powerslide components are kinda janky. Not sure tho. All I've ever had was old school lightning trs and some really high end Bauer for hockey which really put everything to shame honestly, so light and responsive, only thing is they are uncomfortable as fuck on the street. so I decided to pick up some Seba FR-a and I went and bought the 325 frame so I can swap out for diff wheel sizes. so far I luv em!!! super comfy and feel more solid AF. luv em. bought my home girl some powerslide trinity skates, they seem pretty legit, but the straps stuff just seem a little light weight.
@@aubreygaraghan7479 i tested kaze, rb 110, twister edge 110, next 110 and seba Fr1 110 and fr skate Fr1 110,and the Best were seba and fr, i bought the seba Fr1 instead of fr skate Fr1 110 coz of the frame i liked more, but they are muxh more confortables and everything than all rollerblades, powerslide, thnk you
