Sebastian Bach is one of the last few front men that can actually be called a legend! This video recording is just another reason why people love him. Bas is a legend, and forever may he reign in such iconic status!
He's definitely one that deserves one of those fancy nicknames or honorary titles like king or prince of something but it's hard to say what exactly it should be.
I was scrolling Sebastian's posts to see if he had ever posted anything about coming to Knoxville for FanBoy in 2019, & I'm SO glad I saw this on Sebastian's fb! I didn't get to go to the Q & A bc my daughter wasn't able to get tickets. I usually try to keep up with who's gonna be at FanBoy, but my daughter did her best to keep me from seeing the lineup that yr. She knows what a major fan of Sebastian's I am, & she didn't want me to know he was coming here bc she wanted to surprise me with a ticket. She kept telling me that there wasn't anybody I'd really care to meet, but I finally decided to take a look anyway. When I saw Sebastian on the lineup, I screamed like I was a teenage girl! I was back in the 80s! I usually text her when she's at work, but I was so excited, a text wasn't gonna do it. I called her & started yelling & screaming totally excited, & at first, she couldn't understand what I was saying lol. She put me on speaker, & everyone in her office heard me flipping out lol. She kept saying, "mom...mom...mom." I had started yelling at her asking her why she told me there wasn't anyone gonna be there that I'd care to see bc she knew how much I love Sebastian. She said "I was wanting to surprise you." At that moment, I started crying. I was so excited that my Baby Girl loves me enough to think to do that for me. She said it was so hard for her to keep it a secret, & she didn't want me to know about him being there til a few days before FanBoy. Now, I was a teenager in the 80s, & she was born in 91, but she was raised on 80s music, & was introduced to many of my favorite bands & gorgeous members at an early age lol. I still had my posters! I took her to her first rock concert when she was 10. I took her to see KISS on their "farewell" tour, & she got her face spray painted like Paul Stanley's at the concert, & put on her KISS shirt. It was great! From there on after, we've traveled out of state for concerts if the bands weren't coming to Tennessee. Her 2nd rock concert was Poison in Ohio, in July 2001, & we had a blast. Now she's GOTTA see Sebastian in concert! I saw Skid Row in '89 when they were touring with Bon Jovi, & I'll never forget it. I didn't have a job, & when I found out they were coming here, you wouldn't believe how many of my neighbors' homes I cleaned so I could get tickets lol. I truly hope that Sebastian's new album will put him on a tour & bring him here or close by, so I can take her to see him. She would love it! Thank you again for sharing this! I love it! It's probably a good thing that I didn't get to go to the Q & A bc I was laughing my butt off watching this. I can only imagine what a mess I would've been if I had gotten to go to it lol. Now I gotta send this to her!
What!!! I had know clue he was there. That's the same day I graduated from my outpatient recovery program. I grew up listening to skid row and all of that. Yeah, I'm 29 and LOVE 80's music.

Haha this was heartwarming and funny :) Been a fan of Sebastian and Skid Row since 98. Back then 80:s and early 90:s rock was considered uncool and I got bullied for liking them in school. But I didn't give a fuck. Still a PROUD fan!! Too bad Rachel and Snake are still grumpy old farts who doesn't wanna bury the hatchet and reunite already.
20:45ish - seb's advice is well worthy of note (no pun intended). I try not to listen to things loud - especially like I used to.Also - I didn't know that Sebastian could still hit those high notes! he does that great.
This is a perfect example of why Bach can't get along with Skid Row..He can't help himself he just talks and doesn't know when he's said enough. I totally understand their differences and couldn't handle that constant chatter myself.. On the other hand if Sebastian is happy then good for him. Everyone in Rock knows he's a great vocalist and front man on stage.
He keeps talking because the people there all seems so entertained no one seems to want to stop him from telling his stories. He's a very very entertaining guy.

Frontmen are supposed to be like that. The band members of Skid Row might have gotten a bit tired of him, but Rachel Bolan by far is the biggest fucking douche of them all. He radiates pure jealousy and lives in a pathetic shadow of the Ramones... The unfair truth of it is that bass players and drummers typically need to understand that they will NOT get half the spotlight that the lead guitar players and singers will get. That's just the way it is, and if you don't mind being in a boring fucking band, then sure- go ahead and play with a really toned down frontman who doesn't crave the attention...

Listening to his audio book! Got it from my local library/Hoopla. Wonderful book. I wouldn't say I was a fan back in the day but I likes some of the songs! He reminds me of guys I used to hang out with yet they weren't famous. The book his voice! You should hear his impressions of famous guy's he's very funny and you can tell he had fun reading the book!!
