You could see his muscles bulging through that tight red shirt he was wearing; he was RIPPED, dude. Why does Sebastian seem to think that all Winter Soldier has to offer is the metal arm? He has a version of the super soldier serum that makes him as strong as Cap. There is no way he could have done some of the things that he did without being enhanced. I think they should better address his abilities in the next movie.
