*Sebastian after insta killing his uncle:* "I'm a monster" *My character after hitting his uncle with a torture and mind control curse, bringing the thunder of God on him with ancient magic, and literally setting him on fire:* "Yah how could you do that??"

I was actually kind of annoyed that Sebastian stole my kill. I was beating the crap out of his uncle and then he comes in with the AK.

I honestly thought Sebastian was gonna like avada kadabra his uncle to do the dark sacrifice to save Anne so she would be painless but then hate Sebastian. This was somehow so much worse. He lost the relic AND he killed his uncle anyway whilst poor Anne is also still cursed. Like, damn

I didn’t care for Solomon. Only when Anne was mourning for him, I felt remorseful. He wasn’t a good uncle to Sebastian even though he was for Anne.

Bro I would kill to play his quest line for the first time again. Fucking heartbreaking

I'm not sure if it's intentional, but the story seems to want you to view Solomon's death as tragic, but managed to actually make him such a colossal monster that frankly I didn't bat an eyelid. From the moment we meet him, he's just downright nasty. Destroying the Shrivelfig was unnecessary. Worst case scenario was that it would do nothing, so why snatch it away from Sebastian and Anne? He flat-out screams in Sebastian's face, and then blames Anne's attack on him, despite Anne telling us that it comes and goes on its own. Think about that for a second. Solomon used Anne's agony against Sebastian, merely to 'win' their argument. That's brutal. Then of course when Sebastian later saves his sister's life, Solomon's first reaction is to complain at how he did it. Lastly of course, when he finds us in the crypt, this experienced ex-Auror begins using lethal spells at two 15 year old students. This is directly after destroying an artifact which 'might' have helped Anne. It's almost like he wants her cursed so he can look after her and have a meaning in his life. Despite the PC begging Solomon to stop attacking, he still conjured flaming columns to try to murder us, so frankly if Sebastian didn't end him I was going to.

my favorite missions in the whole game were missions with Sebastian. these missions are the most intresting and also he teached us all the most intresting spells

The uncle annoyed me. Instead of taking care of the Inferi and helping us, he decided to incendio me and Sebastian.

The second Solomon nearly killed me with his incendio spell, he sealed his fate.

The irony of this is this is what the Relic kinda hinted at what someone had to do to unlock the true power of it. Maybe the unforgivable was to kill a family member with the killing curse. That’s how I knew it was coming with every passing quest in Sebastian quest arc he becomes darker and more unhinged with the dark arts.

Honestly wish we could have tried and stop him or did something to keep him from killing his uncle so he could see how much he went down the wrong path.

SOMEHOW DURING THE CUTSCENE THERE WAS A FIRE TORNADO AND I COULDN'T EAT SQUAT ... IT WASN'T AS EMOTIONAL AS IT SHOULD HAVE BEEN CAUSE THE MF FIRE TORNADO WAS SO SO SO DARN LOUD!

This was a hard quest for me to beat; mainly because I didn’t use crucio or imperio on the uncle. I may have used both on the inferi, but I wasn’t gonna use it on Solomon. After all, he may have been a bit of a jerk, but he wasn’t exactly a villain. I turned Sebastian in, but not before learning the third and final unforgivable curse.

Wtf we spend dozens of minutes to fight those inferi and then a sick girl shows up and oneshots inferi with incendio. I hate this shit in games… have some respect for the accomplishments of the player!

The way Anne casts "Incendio" hits me hard in the chest every time.

I mean... avada Kadavra is a bit extreme, BUT his uncle attacked first.

Did solomon really deserve to die i get he was a bad uncle but i dont think he had being killed by his own nephew coming but at the same time he also destroyed an important relic that could of saved anne thereby leaving her to die so maybe he did have this coming i dont know.

The relic is a chaos object from Warhammer 40k I smell heresy and corruption

Idc I agree with Sebastian he is the only one trying to help his sister get better instead of just letting her die without even trying the uncle really didn’t care at all. I’d hit the uncle with impero tho instead of the AK. Had his uncle been trying to help too maybe it would have turned out differently.

What’s so tragic is that Anne was clearly a gifted witch. With her schooling suspended and being hindered by the curse she was so powerful. What could she have become?

I think this storyline would've been better if Sebastian wasn't trying to justify himself and instead was just trying to come to terms with what he did. Would've been more heartbreaking.

The only issue I have with the conclusion of this quest is that such an obviously powerful Dark Relic was so easily destroyed. You'd think such an artifact would need more than just a simple spell to be destroyed. Just look at the Horcruxes Voldemort created. Each one needed powerfully corrosive venom and Fiendfyre to be destroyed.

I was SHOCKED!! I didn't even want to fight his uncle. I kept fighting the Inferi instead of his uncle but they kept coming. This is a good game.

I think Sebastian is going to be the next big bad in the series. He comes out of hiding and returns to Hogwarts with a new attitude and becomes more in tune with the dark arts without using a wand to cast them and sets up a "Dumbledore vs Grindelwald" style of feud with our character, where he's determined to destroy every foundation of Hogwarts by targeting the Ancient Magic underneath the school.

I sent him to Azkaban after that... He broke his sister's heart...

5:14 "What have you done?" Okay I'm sorry but screw Sebastian here. The fact he has the nerve to blame the sister he's been wanting to save show's just how low his obsession has taken him.

I don't know why but all of this feels so unimpactful, the emotions feel very flat and without depth. I mean your character just stands there like a tree, the killing curse will be difficult to master Sebastian says and 5 seconds later you learned it after some nonsensical button press. The way that he always shouts every single spell he performes is going to get annoying very fast... all and all it feels like a game that needed a bit more work, could be fun for a while but nothing spectacular i think..

Sebastian is such an evil monster. I hope we get a dlc where we get the chance to kill him..
