How can an admission be proved by or on behalf of the person making it if he is dead? The text of the bare act only assumes that since if he was dead it would have been admissible as under section 32(2) therefore as he is alive such an admission may be proved. One needs to be alive to prove his admission.

Hi, can you better explain the relevancy and admissibility of hearsay evidence. What if a lawyer of opposite party gives statement u/s 161 of Cr.P.C. before police as a hearsay. Example- I heard from Mr. X who told me that he seen accused abusing, fighting with petitioner.
