SEC Football Power Rankings: Week 6 Edition 

Chris Lee and Blake Lovell share the Southeastern 16 staff's SEC football power rankings for Week 6 in the 2024 season. Topics include:
- Alabama’s Jalen Milroe vaults to the front of the Heisman Trophy conversation, and Ryan Williams has a breakout game in a win over Georgia.
- Arkansas goes as Taylen Green goes, and the Razorbacks fell narrowly to Texas A&M on Saturday.
- Auburn lost to Oklahoma in entirely predictable fashion.
- Florida had the week off before facing UCF on Saturday.
- Georgia’s defense was shredded by Alabama’s passing game, but the Bulldogs have opportunity to improve moving forward.
- Kentucky, behind outstanding defense, moves up after stunning Ole Miss.
- LSU had an impressive defensive performance vs. South Alabama as its offense continues to excel.
- Ole Miss played well in defeat against Kentucky but lost much of its margin for error to make the Playoff.
- Mississippi State held its own at Texas for a half despite losing Blake Shapen the week before.
- Missouri had an off week before a crucial game vs. Texas A&M.
- Oklahoma found a quarterback in Michael Hawkins in a win at Auburn.
- South Carolina had a bye week and that win over Kentucky looks even better now.
- Tennessee rested this weekend before a trip to Arkansas.
- Texas and Arch Manning took care of business in the end against Mississippi State.
- Texas A&M’s running game and defense have been rock-solid.
- Vanderbilt had a bye before hosting Alabama this week.
