Hello! Here are some of the pictures that Alex & I took when we were together for Christmas. Sorry that there was no meeting video/video of us together, we were really loving just spending time with each other. Hope you enjoy!

Awww so sweet! I'm from Wales and my boyfriend is from Orlando, we met for the first time when I flew over to see him in October and then he came to the UK for Christmas! Our story seems similar to yours, it's awesome to know that there are other couples out there just like us, especially when it's UK to America. Hope you guys stay well :)

Now I am absolutely devastated, we are both 17 and a day after I commented on this video his parents took his phone away for an unlimited amount of time because he has a lot of work to do at school but he still texted me and they deleted his Facebook and it makes me so sad that I can't talk to him ;( ;( ;(

You guys are such a cute couple! Me and my boyfriend are in an LDR, it's been 8 months for us and it's honestly so hard haha, but we plan to meet in December, which is still sadly a long way to go, but you guys waited for a year to finally see each other so that's inspiring for me :) keep strong! Also, after you met the first time how long did it take before you guys met the second time?

Okay cool. Btw is it okay if I ask this question? Was there any point during the year you waited to see each other, or even now, that you thought about giving up and breaking it off with him? I’ve thought about this before, usually in times where we’re not talking a lot because of our own lives and our different time zones, I think to myself if we can’t give time to each other then what’s the point, I’m not saying we don’t cause we definitely do and we talk everyday, it’s just in times when I feel like we haven’t spoken much for a while, but every time I think maybe I should break it off I know it would hurt me a lot, and I know I would be losing one of the best things I have. Do you have any advice for this? On how to overcome it and to endure it? Thank you so much 😊 x

sam lee tbh, I can’t say that I have thought about it. I’d definitely say to try and talk as much as you can. I know life gets in the way sometimes but they have to be a priority and you have to set aside time for one another. It’s best that when you do talk, it’s using Skype or FaceTime or something like that so you’re actually have a conversation too. I know at times it can be so hard but you have to remember how good it is to be with that person and how amazing it feels/will feel to be together in person. LDR’s are not for everyone but if this is someone special, don’t give up! If you have anymore questions, don’t hesitate to insta dm or email me :) hope I could help in some way.
