If you have any of these figures, did you check the thigh swivel? Especially for King Cobra and Black Knight lol.

These body molds look soo amazing compared to what they had. Lots of details, sculpt, accessories, very underrated imo

Crazy. I just fixed a Black Knight fig a few days ago. lol I almost went with the magnet idea for Knight but decided on another way; Cool to see you make use of that and great to see it work. My Hobgob hasn't snapped yet, but you can just feel the brittle/hard plastic when the joints are in motion. I don't move him around very much.

Maybe the brittle thigh joint is more for King cobra and black Knight, and not for the Goblin figures lol. How did you fix your black Knight thigh joint?

@@Stillfigurineout "and not for the Goblin figures" Man I hope so. lol Sorry I forgot to respond to this when I saw it in my notifications before. (Hopefully I can word this clearly enough.) First I checked out the gauge size on the peg/joint connection part then I went to my accessory fodder box to find a slightly smaller gauge of plastic piping of some sort (like a staff, or round sword handle or something along those lines) to use as a plastic dowel rod. Then I simply drilled a hole into the middle of the peg plastic that was stuck in the thigh, then drilled another hole into the middle of the connection/break point in the hip/upper thigh. I started with very small drill bits and kept increasing the size of the bit/hole several times until the dowel rod could fit snuggly into both the upper and lower thigh parts. I put some super glue on the rod and inserted it into the upper thigh/hip part first, then worked the hip joint to make sure any excess glue didn't leak into the hip joint (because I wasn't sure if I drilled that far or not through the upper thigh break point) so the figure looked like he had a miniature peg-leg that started at the upper thigh. After that glue had set for a while and seemed pretty secure, I poured glue onto the exposed part of the dowel rod then added a little bit onto the surface of the break point, inserted the dowel into the hole of lower thigh joint peg plastic/plastic stuck inside the leg and pressed the parts together, then again worked the joint to make sure no superglue excess bonded the joint frozen... After a couple minutes of that, I gave a slight pull to the leg to see if the dowel bonded inside the drilled hole, and it worked.... The only issue I had with this solution other than finding a good sized dowel rod, was when I was trying to drill into the center of the peg inside the leg, the plastic would sometimes spin with the drill. lol Other than that, it was surprisingly simple enough and effective. I hope my explanation makes sense. Hopefully you get a decent word picture from this. I've also used this approach on a couple of broken swivel joints for forearms and shins and so far it's been a charm *knocks on wood*. If this doesn't make sense let me know.

One second thought maybe it's more towards just the King Cobra and Black Knight (scaly but not goblin) figured that has the fragile joints 😅 any of your Goblin figures broke at the thigh swivel joint?
